Tried ordering from them on Uber eats twice and both times they brought me the wrong order. I called to tell them and they said... they didn?t have what I ordered. Like ok then call me and let me know. The woman said I cant help you sorry. So that?s thecustomer service there. Read more
Awful customer service specially they never have anything you ask for. I order through uber, as usual apparently they do not... have enough pralines ice cream and they just add whatever is left barely nothing, any topping no whip cream or almonds. Read more
Horrible! They never have anything you ask for. An ice cream place that never has the regular ice cream flavors like Vanilla or... Chocolate. They never have none of the wet or dry toppings they advertise. If you order through uber, they never follow theorder and just add whatever they want instead of advising the uber they do not have what you ordered. Please remove yourselffrom uber eats and doordash because that is literally false advertisement. People do not waste your time visiting at least thisbaskin robbins on Simpson Rd, Kissimmee, FL. Ordered dairy free ice cream through DoorDash. This restaurant decided along with the driver that because they didn?t have any... dairy free ice cream that they could simply use whatever and decided to poison me, as I?m allergic to dairy. Ordered sundaes on door dash TWICE. Both times ordered cherry ice cream and BOTH times they gave us strawberry. My wife is... DEATHLY allergic to strawberries... How do you substitute cherry for strawberries?!?! Put vanilla in it... At least they won'tKILL someone. Also, they advertise a brownie sundae, yet they put a soggy chocolate donut in the sundae. Ordered once...Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt... Second time there's no excuse. Either take the items off your menu if youdon't have them or train your people the difference between cherry and strawberry... It might save someone's life! Very limited in choices for ice cream. Wanted to upcharge for a small cup I asked for to invert a sugar cone into so my little... girls wouldn?t drop the ice cream from the cone. First ever Baskin Robins I?ve ever been to with my family that upcharges forthat. We love BR but the upcharge is a deal breaker. There are many other ice cream places nearby they are competing with thathave great variety, tasty ice cream, and won?t do silly upcharges. Read more
It?s nice to see an ice cream place open 24 hours for people with a sweet tooth. We came here at 9:00 pm on a Wednesday night... and there were 4 team members taking orders from the drive though for both Dunkin and Baskin Robbin. They had a few flavorsavailable (see video): chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, Oreo cookies and cream, chocolate chip, mint chocolate chip, Oreo andCold Brew, butter pecan, Nutty Coconut, Reese?s Peanut Butter Cup, Pralines and Cream, Rocky Road, Icing on the Cake, WorldClass Chocolate, Wild and Reckless Spirit and Cotton Candy. The freezer case held ice cream pints and ice cream birthday cakes.This Baskin Robbins share space with a Dunkin so you could get coffee and doughnuts with your ice cream. Read more
