So I should’ve trusted my gut and not order. Rude customer service. I called to place a to go order since I was driving.... Before I even got to place the order I was cut off with the lady telling me “I’m only one person and I have a computer fullof orders so order online” I understand you may be overwhelmed or frustrated so I did not hold it against the business.Instead I placed an order for blackened tacos. When my family opened the food they started sniffing to see what smells sohorrible. Finally realized it was the tacos. They smell so bad and look raw. They smell like they have been sitting for 3 days.The guacamole looks like it has been sitting out for a little while as well. Very disappointed and do not recommend. The decor is fun and the restaurant definitely has a Caribbean beach vibe! The food experience is average and that is being... generous. The fish tacos had good flavour but they were served to us cold. The jerk wings were flavourful but I prefer trimmedwings. The coconut shrimp was the best item we tried. The seafood tower was not stacked so that was disappointing in terms ofexpectations. We sat near the bar at a high top table and they never cleared our plates. I went for mother's day and it was nice outside, but the food was not my thing. Check the style of food you want before going... here. It was nice I think is not the restaurant it just me that, that type of food is not my style.. Maybe what I order I don'tknow. It was sweet with salt and spicy. And I hate spicy food ???? Definitely coming back here again. The drinks were amazing. The staff and service was incredible. Tyson (our server) was very... courteous and always checking on how things were for us. And let us not forget the most important part, the food! Usually atleast one or two people at our table have a small gripe about the food, or think it was just okay. Nope. At our table of 6, notone person could say anything bad. In fact everyone in our group LOVED the food. It was absolutely fantastic. 10/10. Willdefinitely be coming back again and would definitely recommend coming here with family and friends. Read more
Good food, good service. Salmon was delicious. The cinnamon mashed potatoes were very good. I would not get the green beans... again. They were barely cooked and very chewy. I was going to get my usual Key Lime Pie. I noticed that they had a new dessert,pineapple cheesecake empanadas. I tried them....I should have stuck to my go to Key Lime Pie. Loved the atmosphere. All staff was extremely friendly. Food was fantastic. THE food was some of the best tasting I've had in... all of last year. I did Not like that my drink was not full. The place doesn't allow the bartender to use discretion, it'smeasured by ounces. My $10 drink was only 3/4 of a glass. So it looked odd to me, like someone drank fron my cup, However itdid taste good. Read more
The Drinks are cute and amazing. Every drink has its own design. The food was great and delicious. The serving size of the... plates will make you full. The service was amazing. Everyone was welcoming. I definitely would recommend this restaurant,especially if you love sea food. Read more
