I normally do not do reviews of drive through places, as it?s the convenience and hit or miss. This evening Antonio was... fantastic. We ordered our food as a pit stop to our final destination. When we left the drive through and got a little ways awayfrom the location, we realized we received the wrong food. I immediately called the store before making a U turn. My wife and I pulled into the drive thru at this location this afternoon just looking to get a quick sandwhich to get us through... the afternoon of shopping. My wife ordered a Beef n cheddar plain bun, no red sauce meal. I only got a Beef n cheddarsandwhich, total $15 something. She received about a 3 inch tall tiny cup of curly fries filled with burnt broken piece fries,a very small cup of lemonade stuffed with ice, and then the shocking surprise just got worse. She opened her sandwhich andthere was literally 4 (FOUR) Thin slices of beef, she was shocked. Then I opened mine to see the same, except mine only had 3slices of beef. My wife brought the food back in and begged me to stay in the car. Well that only lasted 2 minutes and I justhad to go in. They gave my wife 2 new sandwiches and had her look at them before walking out. They were almost the same onlythey had a few more slices on them. I remember the days of 5/$5 and the meat would be hanging outside the buns. Now, $5/ persandwhich and I'm having flashbacks of Wendy's commercials "WHERE'S THE BEEF"? This store is pathetic and I will NEVER stopthere again. I've had several visits where I got wrong food and missing food, but this was a deal breaker. I can do withoutArbys in my life. Thank God another new Portillos is opening about a mile away from this junk food location. This is the kindof store that causes people to stop patronizing a franchise... I'm done !! I'd give this place no stars if that were anoption. I am sending this notification to Arbys corporate office. They need to see the amount of beef customers are getting forthe outrageous prices they are charging. Read more
The food is excellent but several times in the drive-thru, they'll ask you to pull up but when you do, you do not have access to... the window and causing back ups. Its an Arby's not a mcdonalds Read more
would not come back if i was paid to. a girl with bight pink hair and skin tight pants walked past me and smelled like weed it... was so strong im shocked she was a worker there. and on top of it she was way to friendly with a another working i guessing wasthe manger and she didn't her job on a different day i was here she sat in lobby on the phone. This Arby's location deserves less than one star but I can't give it that. Employees were unfriendly and arrogant and I could... smell marijuana on one of them as they walked out the door. The buffalo chicken wrap that we were served contained chicken thatseemed to be about a week old, really dense and jerky like. It must have been either reheated or re-cooked a number of timesbefore being served. If we hadn't driven away and started eating it after we left I would have come in to complain about it butdid not feel like heading back from the place we were at. I would personally avoid this location at all cost based on thissingle experience. Unfortunately, having a good experience at another Arby's doesn't make it more likely that you'll have agood experience at this one. Read more
First of all, they only put about a spoonful of chicken salad on the bread. Then when I bit into the sandwich there was a... plastic tie wrap from a bread bag in the sandwich. This was the most awful thing that has ever happened! Will not go back tothis Arby's again. Read more
Slow service. Waited over 15 minutes while the lady at the window said that they were waiting on the mozzarella sticks. Sad part... is while waiting over 10 minutes she walked out with a bag of food and still did not have the food I was waiting on. Read more
