Wow !! Everytime I come in here (which is more than once a day) the lady with red hair and lip piercing is always working the... register By HERSELF with a gr attitude , only problem is there?s a line to the back of the store every time ! Mean while thereis ALWAYS 2 other employees not doing anything to help the customer traffic. The OLD lady with glasses and short hair ALWAYS isthere and is the main person to blame for store traffic. She has a nasty attitude and does not help keep hot food ready NOR helpthe other young lady with the line ! Horrible store ! Or should I say horrible employees! So I get into Poinciana from work looking for a simple grilled item. The person behind the register told me that they stop... serving grilled items at 10 PM. Like I?ve never been to a 7-Eleven before. Even on your website it says 24/7. This is the dirtiest 7 Eleven I have ever been to on the ENTIRE EAST COAST. The cold brew section has not worked in the 3 months... I have lived near this location. There are very few employees there that seem to care enough to want to help. I asked anemployee about the iced coffee machines and her exact words were "they don't work, make some hot coffee and put ice in it."WTH! SKIP THIS LOCATION. The cashier who claims to be the manager is consistently rude and disrespectful to patrons. I stopped going there several months... ago. We had guests come from out of town. They went for coffee. There was none and when asked if they could make a pot thecashier/manager responded rudely that she didn?t have time. But it is 7-11. That is the point. According to franchise thereshould be coffee available all the time. This lady has abused the customers in this community too many times. It has beenwitnessed by many in our community. My daughter and I have witnessed and experienced it as well. Our guest remarked that theyalso saw a cockroach near the food as well. Time for new owners, managers and workers. Read more
