The delivery is so slow. Also they delivered my food to the wrong place when I asked what room and building they delivered it to... they said "I know where it is I've worked here for 3 years" Update: they said they'd remake my order. It was being prepared forabout an hour. Now they canceled it. Read more
The pizza is always cooked to order and the prices are good with decent deals. The staff is professional and considerate when... dealing with overwhelming orders while also being understaffed. Deliveries are a hit and miss with delivery times, sometimesmuch longer than the app says but that isn't necessarily their fault. If you decide to order on base, I would suggest justpicking it up because orders for carry out are usually prioritized over deliveries. Read more

Set an order. App says 30 min. After close to an hour I call and he says it?s actually 3 hours for the pizza now 30 min. I ask... him why they can?t relay that to the customers so they know hey it?s gonna be 3 hours not 30 min and he says they are too busyand that me asking these questions is wasting his time because they are really busy and now I?m making orders jump out to 4hours when all I wanted to know is why can?t you tell us it?s going to be 3 hours and not 30 min. No call no message nothing. Ifyou?re store is short manned or experiencing a work overload then you need to stop taking orders instead of dropping food offfour hours later and having workings get mad at customers for ?wasting their time.? We get it short staffed means longer wait,but you need to tell us that so we don?t expect what the app tells us. You definitely don?t need to get upset with the customersaying they are wasting your time when I was literally just asking why I couldn?t be told it?s going to be 3 hours not 30 min soI could order elsewhere. Last time this happened the manager was super sweet and helpful and explained the issue so it seems tobe on going. This time the gentleman thought it was fine to be rude and inconsiderate. This is the only one that delivers onbase but from now on I?ll drive myself off base rather than gamble 3/4 hours on a pizza and deal with rude workers. Read more
