Unpredictable hours, inaccurate contact info, OVERpriced, just wasteful and dishonest all around. Incredibly, this business... claims it's open 24 hrs (absurd; it's in an Air Force Base Exchange) when in fact it's usually open from about 11:30 a.m. until3:30 p.m.--yep, you read that right). To be honest, I do not like giving reviews that are not 5 Stars and with what happened to me, they should not have received the... full 5. The food was great as usual but there was an issue I need to address. I ordered a Chicken Philly. I was asked withonions, peppers and mushrooms! I said yes. I was then asked if I wanted fries and a drink! I said just a drink please. I wasthen asked if I wanted mayo, lettuce and tomato. Again I said yes. I went to get my drink and within a minute or so, mysandwich was ready. The server added the Condiments and didn't box it. He went to get fries but I didn't think anything as Ifigured he didn't want them to burn. He put them in a box and then put my sandwich in as well. I told him I didn't ask forfries. He stated she charged you for them. He said to check my receipt. I was indeed charged for them. He told the girlthat I didn't want fries but she charged me. She basically shrugged her shoulders as if so what. Then I was told that I couldkeep the fries since I paid for them. Wow! Really! I understand mistakes happen. I should have looked at my receipt so Itake full responsibility but no apology and no acknowledgement that a mistake was made. I would have asked for the Manager justto let them know the situation as I'd rather clear it up at the time instead of writing about it. I didn't ask for the Managerbecause the Manager was there the whole time, heard the conversationand didn't intervene. What a great opportunity to have usedthis as a teaching moment. I was once told to empathize, apologize and give options. If I was offered for them to refund thedifference, I would have said no as I was also at fault for not looking at my receipt but to brush this off as if nothinghappened upsets me a bit. Tastes great! A bit oily/ salty but that?s what BBQ suppose to be right? Ribs could be cooked more soft/tender. Others(beef,... Chicken, sausage, pulled pork) are all good. Onions rings are thin but tasty. Side sizes are small (see pics) They are generouson sauces :D. Read more

The grilled chicken salad was good but it was light on the chicken & the lettuce is all Iceburg. I won't get another from there.... Subway's is much better. Read more

Made my sandwhich wrong twice. I just went home with the wrong one. Though the food does taste good. It made me mad.
