There was a lady that was so rude to us. It looks like she doesn't like her job. They charge you for hot sauce, I have never... heard of that before. No hand soap in the restroom ( can't imagine how they wash their hands after they use the toilet) Read more
Yo! And people complain about long lines, well the Navajo nation and surrounding parts are recieving their hardship checks,... that's why there are long lines around the building, can't see that thru any fast food establishment, idk what else to tell you!And why do people utilize the restrooms plus make a mess, witnessed this alot, I would think they are for Paying customersonly; trashing the restrooms and also the parking lots is so disgusting & disrespectful. Aren't you guys grown people?!? I knowalot of fastfood establishments are low on workers or no one wants to work, easily said; lobbies are closed!! Some people justdon't understand????????? The chicken and other food was exactly as expected for KFC. Not great, not bad. This location had a sign on the door and by the... register that stated "Cash Only" I am glad that I had cash or my visit would have been much less enjoyable. If visiting bewareyou may only be able to pay with cash. The inside of the facility was a little dated but seemed overall to be clean and theemployees were quick and efficient. Read more
This KFC gets worse everytime. Lobby has not been open in months. Was told they are too busy to take my order. Of course it's... busy, it's 6:30pm on a Friday. They need to step it up. If you ask for 1/2 extra crispy and 1/2 original. They say sure, but itnever happens. Or you show up 3 hours before closing and they are out of chicken for the night. This store is on the decline.This store desperately needs new management or a new owner. Read more
