The worker was extremely rude. She acted like it was the biggest inconvenience for us to add something on top.
This place is awesome! I love their bowls! They are delicious with fresh fruits!! Can't wait to come back!
Came to the shop at 545. There was 1 worker working. Didn't talk to us for a good minute then looked over and said it will be a... 45min wait. I'm hadicapped anyways so no rush, so we said that's fine. And just sat and waited. She went on to make hersmoothies and whatever, when 2 other girls came in and said she's no longer taking customers. So we then asked her how muchLonger for us then ? She only then told us her boss said she can't take any more customers. The closing time is 7 it was now6ish. VERY unprofessional and rude. I checked online that this place don't close until 7pm. My family & I came in around 5:45pm. The girl working in the front told... us that the wait is about 45min long, so we said okay, & waited for 15 mins. Then 2 other customers came in & she said it'sgonna be an hour wait. We got up & asked her how long is it gonna take for us? She was talking on the phone & said her boss toldher that she couldn't take any more orders. This is an interesting and fresh take on a sweet treat. Still high in sugar but has options to meet any dietary restrictions.... They offer both bowls and smoothies. I had a modifies summit bowl, turned out delicious, but it did take a little while to makebut to be fair there was just one girl working. They do have kids options as well. Give it a try! Read more
I've only ordered for delivery so I can't speak on customer service but the bowls are delicious & the toppings, mix ins are... fairly generous. So many flavors hit you in each bite. I'm new to the bowl experience and assumed I'd need to eat "food" soonafter but I stay full for hours! Great for breakfast, lunch or dessert! The kids love them & the pup enjoys as well! Read more

$20 for two smoothies? If you can?t afford it then you shouldn?t be in Kirkwood. They are a healthy food option and the... service was great. Read more
