Reviews for Taco Bell in Kirksville, MO
The only reason I'm even giving ONE star is cuz I have to. This location needs some brain power inserted somewhere. Told the guy... I want 3 nacho cheese chalupas. He said "We don't have anything like that." ???? "You have chalupas?" "Yes." "Add nacho cheese,NO tomato." Spent almost $20 that I really shouldn't have spent in the first place. I got......3 chalupas.....WITH tomato!!!??????????? After the 30 minute wait for the 3 cars in front of me?? Definitely not worth it!!! Definitely won't be back. Lesstime, less money, less irritation to just eat a frozen burrito. Probably would've tasted better!!! ?? Read more
I'm gonna be real, this particular taco bell used to be pretty good. Here these past few months, though, they haven't been able... to get an order right for anyone I know. There have been COUNTLESS times I've ordered something to be specifically removed fromor paid more for something to be added to a dish, and the change just isn't made. Read more
Food was cold and made very poorly. Ended up throwing up all of my food after getting home. Very disappointed. Do better Taco... Bell. :| Read more
Staff was friendly but that's about where the positives end. Messed up my meal, paid for supreme and got regular. Forgot our... cups, had to ask for them. Forgot my coffee, had to ask for it. Several drink mixes were bad, so had to dump all our chosendrinks and just got everyone pepsi. The Baja blast was clear! The mango and dragonfruit teas were both gross. The kitchen staffwas blasting country music and singing along while pop music played in the lobby, so it was overwhelming with noise. They werecleaning tables pretty quickly after people left, so that was nice but the booths and walls looked very dirty. Oh, anotherpositive were the order tablet things. That was nice, and while most places have those now, I wasn't expecting it here when Icame inside. And I also liked that they used my name everytime they talked to me since it was on my order. That was cool. But wedon't get to actually eat inside a fast food place very often so it was really disappointing to have so many things go wrong. Read more
got my order wrong so i politely came back and asked for what i paid for, in return they were extremely rude to me and made the... food sloppy. i wasn't going to come back a third time but this makes me so sad because i live paycheck to paycheck and lookedforward to taco bell after work only to be disappointed. i've been going here for years and loved it until now. do better.. I just moved to town about a month ago. I only leave a bad review if I've had at least 2 bad experiences. The first experience... was extremely long wait time and my order was missing the extra sour cream that I asked for and paid extra for. No big dealaccidents happen. But today was another story. My husband and I entered the drive through about 7 cars back, ordered, and thengot to the window and paid about 25 minutes from the time we got in line until we arrived at the pay window. We paid - and thenwere given our drinks and a bag of food. We were told that our receipt was in the bag. We drove forward to keep the line moving. Upon investigation of our bag we discovered we were given another customer's receipt and another customers bag of food. Thename on the receipt read Christina as the cashier. We turned around, went inside to get our order corrected. They were obviouslyvery unorganized and needed the managers help to figure out how to correct their mistake. Our order was taken AGAIN and weproceeded to wait another 20 minutes. We checked our card that was ran, and the amount we were charged did not match the receiptwe were given. Also, rather than prioritize our order - they put us in line AGAIN. At the end of the line. Eventually we were sofrustrated that we asked for a refund, the manager EJ said no your order is up next. We wait another 5 minutes and finally get abag slid over the counter to us. We leave in a hurry because we were close to being late - as we eat on the way - we find outthat the order is still wrong. We were missing two chicken items my husband ordered. After 45 minutes of waiting we still didnot get a correct order. To put in perspective the issue - we just ordered delivery to our house from Jimmy John's in Kirksvilleand it arrived in 13 minutes and our order was 100% correct. Do better Taco Bell. Absolutely the slowest Taco Bell I have everexperienced AS well as horrible customer service. When an order is incorrect, that customer s Read more
I?ve been here for at least ten minutes and the line in front of me has only moved twice. By this location?s standards that is... quick service, however, and this is the shortest I?ve seen the line lately. It?s certainly better than the time I ordered on theapp to this store, only to arrive after driving from Queen City (15 miles out of town) and be told they are out of what Iordered. Or the many nights I?ve pulled up to find a new piece of printer paper taped to the speaker citing their management?sdecision to randomly close early that night. Although nearly every Taco Bell franchisee shares what is a seeminglycultural-if-not-corporate enforced apathetic policy around quality of service and product, never in my life have I experiencedone with this level of consistent audacity and lack of accountability. By the way, I am still in line. Read more
I went through the drive-thru to order the new 7 later nacho fries. The person on headset sounded like he was ?over it?. Went up... to window to pay and retrieve my food. I happily said ?hello? and he didn?t even say anything but took my card from my hand andshoved me my bag at the same time. He didn?t say anything when he gave it back either despite me saying ?have a great night??What really got to me was the fact that my nacho fries dish was only 2/3 full, there was no guacamole, and it was cold. NormallyI love taco bell but tonight was not it. Read more
