There is this lady named Neena who prepared my food and I was trying to speak up the best I could and she looked quite unhappy... with what I was saying when she was preparing my sandwich. She seemed to like correcting me alot and I felt as if I didn't knowwhat to order to make the time go faster so I could just pay and leave with my sandwich. I asked her who her manager was and shesaid she was the manager. I wanted to speak to a manager because she seemed like she did not want to attend me when I took mystep in. I only come to this subway once a year because the totem lake subway is much closer to where I live. Read more

Waited over ten minutes in line with people in front of me, no sandwiches were made because the computer was down. But she... failed to actually tell us that we were waiting in line for no reason, it was only when we expressed our frustration and AFTERasking multiple yes/no questions along the lines of "are you actually able to sell us sandwiches or are we wasting our timestanding here" that we were told it would be another 20 minutes before she could sell any food. Multiple people were misled tobelieve that the computer was working correctly and that orders could be taken, and multiple people wouldn't have wasted theirtime if their questions had been answered appropriately. The employees who work here are always friendly and trying their best, but the management must be severely lacking because the... last several times I've gone there, there has only been one employee working, and it's taken anywhere from 20-30 minutes toorder/get my sandwich because that one employee will be serving a customer, then have to deal with an incoming online order,then ring up another order, rushing back and forth. This most recent time, I just felt bad for the woman working the counter.She was alone (as per usual) and there was one person ahead of me who was being rung up as I entered. She rung up that customer,then checked an online order slip and decided to serve me first. She made my sandwich exactly as I ordered and went to ring meup, but the register first forced her to print two-three more incoming online order slips before cashing me out. Once she triedto ring me up, the register beeped loudly several times and she told me it wasn't letting her do anything. I reassured her thatI wasn't in a hurry, and that she was fine, I knew it wasn't her fault. She fiddled with the machine a bit, called her managerand then... walked away to start making another online order. By this point, there were six people in line. She started anonline order, came back to the register after several minutes, repeated that it wasn't letting her cash me out. I asked her whatshe would like me to do, stay, leave, wait? She said she didn't know and again walked away to work on another sandwich. At thispoint, at least two of the people in line left because it had been easily 10 or more minutes and she had not even had the timeto greet them yet due to dealing with the machine and the online orders. After another several minutes, she again said that theregister wasn't working and I asked her if I should stay or go, because my sandwich was still sitting there made and ready, butunpaid for. They are very stingy with toppings here, especially compared to other subway locations. I went in last night and the person... working refused to give me extra pickles on my sandwich, even though I offered to pay for an extra topping. She was very rudeabout it and made me feel awkward about my food preferences. Read more

Avoid this Subway if you can. The senior employee was very unhappy, angry with his life or work. Since I started ordering he was... raising his voice... At the end he complete scream at me because I asked how the coupon that I had work. I almost request mymoney back and left the food there. There are so many people without a job man! Read more

Typical Subway. When I went in on a Sunday, I only saw one worker and it wasn't too busy. There is adequate parking and the... store seems clean. I ordered a Cold Cut combo meal and the worker did get my order right though I wasn't sure they totallyunderstood me. The amount of meat is about on par for a Subway. The bread didn't seem stale but then I had it toasted. Theydo offer a different 6 inch sandwich special for each day. I can't say that I would go to Subway as my 1st choice but it doesfill you. If you are craving Subway, avoid this shop. Common Sense does not exist there. I had two sandwiches and I had to tell the lady... making them about 5 times to put extra olives on one sandwich, and no olives on the other sandwich. She proceeded to continue tosprinkle olives on both and to do so sparsely. I've never been more annoyed at getting a sandwich made in my entire life. Eventhe other customers were rolling their eyes in sympathy. Read more
