Super lazy staff here. Every time I come here and I have to wait 20 minutes to get a single sandwich. And the person on the cash... window is enjoying vaping and don?t care about customers. Ordered a caramel sundae and got one that was only half filled. Asked for a replacement and was told that the one I got is per... their ?spec?, so they refused to give me a replacement. I can't believe this McDonald's doesn't offer free refills on drinks anymore. They should really put a sign up or something. Not... only that, but I ordered through the mobile app and now you can get your food straight to the table. Not here. I waited for myfood and when it didn't come out for over 15 minutes, I went to check up front and I guess it had been sitting there for awhile.When I asked why they didn't bring it to the table they said they had said "mobile order" when it was ready. What is the pointof table numbers if they don't bring it to you. NY fried and chicken nuggets were cold and tasted awful. Won't be coming to thislocation again. Very disappointed. Staffs here were not willing to help. I ordered a big mac + 10 chicken nuggets for takeout. When I asked for a glove to eat the... sandwich, the staffs were not willing to provide one. I knew the request was not common in the states, but I believe such acultural difference of eating sandwich should be respected. And I don't think providing one glove to the customer would be sucha big deal for the restaurant. (Please correct me if I'm wrong). Read more
I just left their drive tonight, the guy takeing the order had an attitude. The girl at the next window was confused with what... my order was. One of the items I order was a large vanilla latte. I received a hot late that had barely any ice with whip creamon it... My other experience here are always horrible, asking for side of mac sauce seems to be mission impossible for them. Noone has ever been nice at this location. I've gotten better service and quality of food frome McDonald's in Tacoma. Read more
