Food is great, wait is too long, took over 30 min for a few tacos. Wish trucks moved a little faster.

Went to this food truck at the Kirkland waterfront. My mom and I ordered broccoli beef, and both of our orders the meat was over... half gristle and fat, inedible. The pieces that were not pure gristle and fat were extremely tough and rubbery. We were superhungry so it was especially disappointing to have to throw all the inedible meat away and just be left with an expensive plateof veggies and rice. We also ordered a few al pastor tacos and they were fine, nothing to write home about. Read more
Hands down one of the best food trucks I\'ve ever been to. The quesadilla cochinitas pibil is amazing. I\'ve had the same thing... at taco trucks in Austin and Pilsen restaurants in Chicago, and none of them are as good as this. Best horchata you\'re going tofind as well. Luis and everyone in the truck are so nice! Please help spread the word of how amazing Las Garnachas is!! Read more
Took over half an hour to get a burrito and torta for $24. It was good, nothing to write home about for something that takes as... long or longer as a family Mexican restaurant. There was small crowd, but that was a result of how slow they are, not theirpopularity. Can\'t say I see anything that would bring me back. Read more
I love this place! Their tacos are different than other places I had. Plus, not gonna lie the spam mishubis are amazing!
The birria tacos are very tender and juicy. They help this taco truck stand out from the rest.
