Ordered from here yesterday and today. Yesterday they put ingredients on my sandwich that I don?t like and I paid $25 including... a tip. Today, they ended up not putting the ingredients that I had asked for on my order. I spent $30 today including a tip. How hard is it to read??? Read more

Love their sandwiches but way overpriced even during this inflationary period. I would frequent more if prices dropped.

I ordered a sandwich and loaf of French bread for delivery. The delivery was dropped off to the wrong building in the complex... (apparently the driver can?t tell the difference between a C and an E?). The person who accidentally got it was nice enough tobring it over to me and explain why happened. The packaging was extremely sub par, the loaf of bread extending outside the bagand uncovered. When I called them and asked to talk to the manager (victor?) I explained that it was dropped off at the wrongapartment building, and that was an extra big problem because the bread was exposed. The manager replied ?no one touched theFrench bread?. ??????????? Like, c?mon, from the restaurant, to the driver, to the random person?s door that they dropped it offwith, plenty of people could be touching exposed bread. Do better. Wrap the end of the bread. Add another bag on top. Dosomething to cover food appropriately for delivery, and then deliver it to the correct place. Read more

This is a good Jimmy John?s location. I stopped in for a quick stack, and the two young men working that morning were extremely... friendly and helpful. The facilities in the restaurant are extremely clean, and I was very pleased with my overall visit. Read more

About on par with most Jimmy John's in quality, but this place either has the worst manager training program in history or has... the worst HR hiring department. For a few previous years there was a lady bashing all her employees every time I showed up formy order, very unprofessional. I always forgot to write this review I guess better late then never. Now the current daymanager does some of the similar but this time was rude to me as well. Told me pick up orders were up front so I waited In linejust to get told to go to the pickup order area again...Needless to say I will never go to this location again Read more

Tried this place twice. Same issues both times. Wrong order. Won?t refund unless you drive the 15 minutes each way back to the... store. Manager not very helpful. Wouldn?t recommend. Plenty of better options in Kirkland. Read more

NOT freaky fast delivery. I understand everyone is understaffed, but this situation grounded my gears: I placed an order at... 1:30 for as soon as possible. Typically, orders arrive to my place of work within 10-15 minutes, which is amazing! At 2:05 Icalled the store to ensure that my order wasn?t lost, and that it would be delivered within a reasonable time frame, as I hadmeetings at 3pm and would not be able to eat. They assured me that my order was sitting there already prepared and ready to go,and would be the first one out as soon as a driver got back. My order was not delivered until after 3:15 (I was in meetings, somy coworkers received it for me and, knowing how long it was taking, noted to time). I filled out the feedback form on thewebsite, as I don?t think they should fulfill orders if they are that understaffed, and they certainly should not have notassured me on the phone that my order would get to me very soon, as it was still over an hour later. I received a response thatthey were forwarding it to the franchise owner, and then crickets. I let the corporate person know that I didn?t receive anycommunication from the franchisee, they assured me they would reach out again, and then still nothing. 1.75 hours is theslowest delivery service I have ever received from anywhere, let alone somewhere that claims to be ?freaky fast.?. I?mdisappointed and annoyed that they still charged me for my order that I wasn?t even able to eat because it was so late, andwon?t even respond when their corporate office (apparently) reaches out to them twice. Ordered lunch for 12, order number 6163863895998465. Tracker says my order was delivered to my house but it?s been 30 minutes... and no one has delivered anything. I?ve attempted calling the store 4 times and it just keeps ringing, not even an option toleave a voicemail. I would like a refund as I have already made alternative lunch plans. Update: went in to the store, the ladywho I believe is the manager just brushed me off, said she would void the transaction later. There was no apology or no offer tomake it for me right there and then. This is my last visit to this location, absolutely horrendous customer service. I have alsocontacted my bank to reverse the transaction as I don?t believe they will stand by their word and void the transaction. Read more
