My online order was placed at 6:32pm for ASAP (15 min). Arrived at 6:53pm for curbside and waited five minutes before deciding... I?d help them out and just walk in to pick it up. When I walked in, there was one person sitting at a table waiting on food. Inoticed my food wasn?t on the counter, so I decided to sit and wait. At 7:08pm, I walked up to the counter for the girl to tellme that they were behind on ?hot? items, but they were working on my order (without checking). Multiple people come in afterthat with the manager/lead person telling them that bread was being made, and they?d have to wait at least 20 minutes before thebread was even ready??? More online order people had trickled in, and this was the first time any of us had even heard this. At7:20pm, I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before I finally had to say ?excuse me. Would you mind checking to see if myorder is on the grill? If it isn?t, I?d like a refund, please.? The girl proceeded to walk straight back to the manager/leadperson to tell them I wanted a refund without checking for my order. After our experience tonight plus at Redmond Way, JerseyMike?s has lost a loyal customer.
