I ordered the chicken and tater munchie meal and it is not what I received. I received the Spicy nacho chicken sandwich in... stead. Becareful with your food from this location. They are slow, crammed 2 tacos into 1 pouch and gave me the wrong sandwich! Read more
Update: Filled out the form on your website and never heard back from anyone. It's too bad. I really love Jack in the Box, but... I won't spend my money at this location again. Extremely rude drive through employee this morning. Asked for an item withoutcheese and woman said that they can't do that. I know that they can because I've had that item without cheese many times beforeat this exact location. Drive through employee did not ask if I was done ordering, nothing was on the screen. When I got to thewindow, she said that she didn't take my order and to "go ahead and call the number on the window." Employee needs retraining. Read more
Never seems to be open drive in always takes forever. Never enough staff. And never ready for delivery drivers. Worst JB on the... eastside. Don?t go here! I don?t remember a time it being good. Very very slow "fast food". The place was not busy when we visited, but staff don't seem to be trained very well, at least 3... people looking busy but inefficient. There was no one else in the restaurant, we were the only customers plus 2 cars in thedrive thru. They couldn't take out dine-in order, and we waited 10mins before they are ready to take our orders ... Then waitedanother 10mins for our food, but lettuce and tomatoes were missing in our burgers. It's the third time I go to this jack I place an order and they don't deliver what I order. Either something is missing or the... food is cold or they deliver me a milkshake that is the complete opposite of what I order. (the one in the photo was supposedto be a strawberry one) Read more
Place opened at 6am. I was there at 615am. There was someone there but they didn't want to make anything so they said they... weren't open because none of the cooks showed up to work.
