Amazing, fresh and made to order food. How do I know? With 20+ dietary restrictions I can eat almost every dish on the menu as... each dish is made to order they can modify to your needs. The orange chicken is ???? but the chow mein, fried rice, potstickers, general Taos chicken were all below average, just like... someone else explained in their review. Huge portions and a little pricey so just a heads up for that! I think the price is madeup from how big the portions are rather than the taste/quality. Read more
Went with family for Sunday lunch. I had my hopes very high and was looking forward to some awesome Chinese food. They open at... noon on Sundays.... So not very crowded. Lots of free parking. The hostess was awesome. The seating and ambience is nice for aquiet lunch. We ordered Kungpao chicken and Jalapeno chicken. My son ordered pork cabbage soup. Food was average or belowaverage. Huge portions but the taste was not so great. Chicken was worse than Panda Express. My kids didn't like it much and wepacked most of it. I would not go back for the food. Nothing outstanding really. Maybe if the hostess would have triedrecommending a dish..... Things could have been better. Read more
The orange chicken at this restaurant is tops. The chunks of chicken are large and the breading holds up well when reheated. The... sauce is ample, sticky, and zesty. As others mention the portion sizes are huge. I can usually get three meals out of the dish.If you're looking for great orange chicken on the east side you need to try Great China Restaurant. I don't know how this place has more than 2 stars. The food is terrible. My lemon chicken is like a fat piece of fried chicken... with no taste to the meat portion. Rice was hard from yesterday. Egg drop soup was just dropped in water and no flavor. Waste ofmoney! Read more
Update 10/2022: I still love this place! The food is always hot and very fresh. The prawns on the walnut prawns are so amazingly... large. I've called in orders for pick-up and those are always ready in around 15 minutes. The individual combo dinners havegreat portion sizes and we often end up with enough for 2 more meals of leftovers from each plate. Their food rating is stillmarked as excellent. The food here is always fresh and excellent! Their food safety rating is also excellent (5/2019). Thestaff are friendly too. Read more
