I like this place for the coffee - strong but not overpowering and bitter. People are friendly and, while prices are higher,... they are not exorbitantly so. My only gripe is that you have to give your rewards card BEFORE you order or your order can't beregistered. REALLY? That workflow needs to be corrected. Otherwise, a solid cup of coffee. Read more

Hands down THE BEST BEVERAGE stand across the whole Eastside. Trust me, Ive tried them all. I'm fortunate enough to live... closest to this stand off 100th. I get to see these wonderful baristas 2x a day during my "rough patches" ???? From theircoffee, tea, fraps, energy drinks/ RevUp(get the Ocean breeze with pineapple) to their warm sandwiches they are better thananywhere else. And, there's something to say about their hiring practices (they find the best people) and how happy all theiremployees always are! I frequent the Juanita (daily), Kingsgate, downtown Bothell and 228th stands on the regular. Take allyour business to Gourmet Latte! They've earned it!! Read more
Always top notch service, regardless of who's at the window - I imagine their management takes training new employees seriously,... because even when they have new baristas, its still the same experience. Great coffee and convenient location. The reason why it's not 5 stars is because the white girl with the long mousy brown hair... always seems like she is in a funky mood or is inconvenienced with having to do her job. I like all the other ladies buteverytime she is serving, I regret grabbing coffee there. Work on your customer service/attitude and you'll get a tip returncustomers. Read more
I always try to stop here in the mornings when I'm in the area. The coffee is almost always good and the employees are friendly... and helpful. They're located in the corner of a gas station lot so the drive thru line only accommodates 3 cars on either sidewithout over crowding the parking lot. Read more
