When it comes to tacos, they know how to do it right! I, initially grew up in S Cali, and had friends from Mexico..So I'm no... stranger to good Mexican food. Since moving to Washington I've been on a journey to find a good simple authentic street taco,after visiting many random taco trucks...I can firmly, and confidently say that they quite possibly do serve one of the besttacos in the state of Washington..I, highly recommend the Adobada (spicy pork) taco very flavorful! They don't skimp eitherwhere you get a solid 3 to 4 bites out of a taco everytime..Carne Asada tacos are also top on my list! Properly seasoned, andnot bland, with a hint of carmelized onions, and would highly recommend..I, live in DT Bellevue but I'm more than happy to makethat trip up north to visit them 3 to 4 times a week..Fully knowing that there's many taco trucks conveniently located inbetween them..Yes! They're that good! Give them a try! Also the workers are very pleasant, professional, and always happy to seeyou..What a hidden gem, and I'm honestly abit reluctant about leaving a review, as they are usually busy when I get there, butfor great tacos..I'm more than happy to wait.They definitely deserve it!
