The take out window service is an area of opportunity, don't over pack the bag, they rip and your expensive burgers go... everywhere but your mouth. Read more

Bacon double cheeseburger ???? really hits the spot ????. Definitely will eat here again. Seems like the speaker in the... drive-through needs to be upgraded. I don?t have a hearing loss, the speaker needs to be a bit louder. Read more

The level of incompetence and lack of care from employees at this store is absolutely appalling. Employees want 15+ an hour but... can't even expodite orders correctly. The food was cold and old. The chicken fingers were like cardboard, the fries were old andthey didn't even give me the extra gravy that we paid for. This place is poorly managed. Read more

So I don't know what's up with this location but it seems very out of sync. The main culprit appears to be a young Person... working the register. He just can't seem to get it together and get my orders correct. Doesn't seem to know what he's sellingeither as he referred to my #6 meal (a chicken sandwich) as a burger 4 times. I had to keep asking him about it and he neverrealized what he was saying. I finally had to stop him and explain to him that I was not ordering a burger. Should I just hopthe counter and do his job? I think it would have been faster. The first time I ate here he also gave me the wrong size friesand drink. But I didn't realize it till my 2nd trip when the large size fries and drink was way bigger than last time. Pleaseretrain this guy. Read more

I edited the review to 4 stars because things have improved since I wrote it. The food itself is fine. My order hasn't been... messed up yet - albeit it's usually a simple order. The food quality at another nearby DQ is actually consistently much betterthan this location (in terms of freshness of fries, taste/crispness of chicken strips and proportions...and also not havingfries dumped all over the top of the BBQ sauce). The staff in the last couple of months have gotten pretty bad though, sad tosay. I often have to repeat or clarify the order a few times. I realize it's on a main road but this hasn't occurred in theprevious 3 years that I've been going to this location. When I get to the window, there's a lot of loud laughing and chatter, which may explain the issues with hearing orders. It's great to see happy employees getting along but I feel they rarelyacknowledge or interact with the customer. They rarely say hello when you get to the window - just tell you the order total andtake the card/money. They hand you food without saying "thank you" or "have a nice day" (or some other sentiment that signifiesthe end of the interaction). They seem more occupied with laughing amongst themselves (whilst speaking in another language) -which could tend to make the customer feel like they are being laughed at or talked about. Just an observation. Like I said, thefood quality itself hasn't seemed largely impacted in comparison to how it was before but the overall experience has definitelydwindled. Read more

We really enjoy this location as it almost always has a special on their single or double cheeseburgers. Friendly, fast, fresh.
