We pulled in at 3PM and were told they were closed. We asked what time they open back up and they said 10 minutes. We let them... know that we would wait. A woman stated that we couldn?t wait in the drive thru because something was counting cars. Then a malevoice stated ?just leave?. Very unprofessional and they definitely need training on customer service! The parking lot and thedining area was full of employees eating. Maybe they should take turns breaking for food. I haven't been to Taco Bell in a bit. Today I placed a rather large order online of 3 Taco Party Packs and a #7. I was fully... expecting the staff to be overwhelmed but they were the complete opposite! The staff was very friendly and very polite evenapologizing for the wait even though I received my order pretty fast for the quantity of tacos ordered. I have anxiety when Ineed to place large orders like today but the staff working today was amazing and did a wonderful job.
