Stopped here to get my North Carolina Been There Mugs that I collect. This is a very nice Starbucks. Lots of seating, clean... bathrooms, and lots of people working to help you. We bought a Carmel Ribbon Crunch in addition to the mug and it was deliciousas well. I love all the positive notes on the wall as well as the rainbow pride flags near the counter. Read more
When I arrived, there was a cashier who did not even ask or wanted to take my order. She just stood there making complaints... until another cashier came over and took my order. Terrible service. Waited over 25 minutes just for one drink. There was a ladyin the store who waited much longer and was there before me. She looked very upset. When a coworker asked why they did not makeour drinks, she just made excuses. Will never come back to this store. Read more
Was passing through today and stopped for breakfast and we had a wonderful experience! My husband wasn?t entirely sure what kind... of coffee he wanted to drink, but the woman at the drive thru gave him some recommendations and made him a drink that he loved.In addition, the employee at the window was super sweet and talked with us about our day while we waited. Very bad service, extremely rude workers. It seems like one Woman is trying to control the whole store herself.... I ordered... peach green tea the first time and I basically got sugar water and I ordered peach green tea the second time and it was a brightred maybe passion fruit ... And while standing and waiting for my drink I head one worker say to another "we are out of peach".... They don't know their fruits...????.... THANKS Starbucks ???????? Read more
Waited at the counter for 3 minutes and was ignored by staff. No one else was in line. Employees made eye contact and said... nothing. Multiple employees walking around. They need to work on their lack of customer service. I left and got nothing. ThanksStarbucks ???? Read more
Overall, not a bad coffee spot. Every time I come here, I have no complaints for the most part. A word of caution though: you... Wasted my money completely. Ordered a WHITE hot chocolate made with sweet vanilla cream and caramel brûlée latte?.somehow... ended up with TWO DIFFERENT DRINKS although that was not what I ordered at all therefor so paid $16 for two drinks that wereboth incorrect and unfortunately I was already on the other side of town by the time I tasted it.
