CLOSE THIS MCDONALDS DOWN! DISGUSTING! Ordered 4 double cheeseburger and when they arrived they were salty. I went back and... asked if they can do them without the salt. Stopped by here the other day and service has gone downhill so bad it is crazy. Employees were EXTREMELY rude. I mean... seriously if you don't want to be in customer service then find another job. Don't take it out on the customers. Withattitudes like that I am surprised they get any business at all. We won't be back to this one ever again. The location byWal-Mart has employees that are friendly and actually know how to do their job so I'll stick with that one. The Wal-Martlocation has employees that deserve 15$ an hour. I did place an order from Door Dash I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal with large fries. The fries were cold. I have always been... a fan of McDonald's fries, but they tasted old and stale. The cheeseburgers were delicious and the sprite I always love. Pleasedo not put a lot of ice in my sprite next time. Thank you Read more
Worse customer service experience. The young ladies in the drive-Thursday were rude. Not mention that I had waited 28 minutes... for a Happy meal. The car behind me was also waiting for the same. Read more
My daughter and I went through drive thru today 6/10/2022 and got her 10 piece chicken nugget meal and I ordered a $3 McDouble... and fry bundle and a 4 piece chicken nugget. We were on a 6 hour drive to SC and when we realized they hadn?t given us my burgeror fries or the 4 piece nugget for my dog I called the store and asked for a refund and they refused to even work with me at alland said to come back to the store if I wanted them to fix it even after I gave all info on my receipt. An hour into a 6 hourdrive with a dog and a teenager in the car and you tell me I gotta turn around and backtrack for you to even do anything aboutyour mess up yeah I don?t think so! I want my refund! My daughter got to eat her lunch but I and my dog had to go withoutbecause they?re too lazy to do anything about their mistake. Read more
It's a shame there's a no star section to choose... Their customer service skills are NOT a thing, they can't get any orders... right no matter how many times you go, they gave me a chicken sandwich in a quarter pounder box (I ordered a quarter pounder),ice cream machine ALWAYS broke, and couldn't even get a tea. Aren't these the same people who think they deserve $15 plus anhour?!?!? Maybe do your job right, and you'll get paid more. This is the worst McDonald's in this town!! Read more
