Arrived to pick up my order, but it wasn?t ready after 30 minutes of being placed. When I received the order, I checked the bag... and noticed that one of the combos that needed to. be all flats was wrong. I pointed it out to the manager on the receipt andask them to change the order, however, the cook insisted on walking around and eggs, and every other employee to double checkand make sure it is on the receipt. There?s no point for that! When I called him to tell him that the order was undercooked anddid not have enough seasoning on it. The manager said well all I can do is give you extra sauce. I ended up having to put mywings in the air fryer. However, they?re still was not enough sauce. I just think the management needs to be a moreaccommodating when it comes to errors that they make. Great costumer service. Restaurant was pretty clean. Food is always good. I would 100% come back. My go to place for wings.
This was by far the most cleanest Wing Stop establishment I have ever visit before. The kitchen was immaculate floors were clean... employees were not sliding around the floors. The soda station was clean. The condiment area was clean. The entire store wasjust superb, as far as appearance now for my food amazing 10 out of 10. my wings were as requested seasoned with extra seasoningas well as my fries. My food was fresh. Received partial wrong order. Was supposed to have boneless but received with bone instead. Called to let them know about it and... was told they could remake part of the order that was wrong and would be ready in about 15 minutes. Shortly after got a callback to bring my bag back to exchange for the order. So have to bring half my food back while rest of food gets cold while Idrive all the way back because they made a mistake? With all the options for food available I would think they would have just alittle bit more of customer service to fix their mistakes. Never will I go back for food here again. Read more

I?ll say this, I?ve been to like 5 different wingstops near me and I?ll only ever go back to this one. The manager is so... thoughtful, I called ahead one time to let them know I was running late and he asked if he could make me another batch of frieswhen I got there since they were probably a little cold, and I always end up with an extra wing or two! I?ve never had a badexperience with this location and even though it?s not the closest one near me, I refuse to go to another one Read more
