We had gone in there and while we were looking at the menu I told my niece to order. she asked if I was sure she should go ahead... I said yeah. They girl behind the counter asked if we were going to order or waste her time. I asked why she had an attitude shetold me to shut up and order something. I advised my niece we would take our business to another subway. This teenage girlshould never be allowed to interact with the public again its the 2nd time she has had an attitude when we have gone in there.So never again I filed a complaint with corporate office I can't believe her manager condones her treating people this way. Last night I ordered for pickup. When i got there the lady working was so busy talking to a gentleman not even ordering food.... She didnt let us know it was done. By the time we got it. It was cold and not even accurate. Not sure if the guy was justflirting or not but definitely effected customer service. He was talking the whole 15 minutesbwe werw there. Ridiculous. Read more
I?ve ordered from this subway three times now through Doordash and every single time they have NOT put any cheese on the... sandwiches. This last time I got fed up and called to complain. The manager, JR, says he remembers making my sandwiches andknows he put cheese on them and accused me of lying and said that the cheese melts away when the sandwich is toasted. I told himhe was wrong and had proof he didn?t put cheese on them because I was looking at my untouched sandwich without cheese. Hesuggested I go to the store to get just cheese for my sandwich. All while this conversation is happening I can hear the managerrelaying my comments to his associate as they?re both very loudly and obnoxiously laughing at me. This is the mostunprofessional and carelessly staffed store I have ever encountered and I?ll be sure to let anyone and everyone know not towaste their money at this location. Read more

The manager at this Subway has zero work ethic. She takes advantage of the inexperienced teenage workers that she hires by not... paying them for their training, having them come in for a shift only to be told they're not needed that day, making them clockout and continue to work until the assignment is finished (even while still learning the job). She specifically hires peoplethat have no job experience so they're none the wiser to her unethical and immoral practices. Paychecks are a month late, and Icould go on. Most of these practices are illegal, and we will be seeking legal action against her. Read more
