I don't often eat out, but when I do it's always at this Subway thanks to the pleasant experience. They have a new employee ( I... believe her name was Riley, if I'm wrong then please forgive me, I'm always horrible with names ) that is always so sweet andgreets me with a friendly voice, and what I assume is a smile underneath the mask. ( I love that this Subway in particular hasevery employee wearing a mask, I've seen multiple food places where employees don't wear masks and that is so dangerous! ) I cantell she's really shy and gets a little nervous though, but that's okay. I remember when I was working and got nervous too. Theother older lady is also very nice and pleasant to talk to, even with her heavy accent and my difficulty to understand her attimes. The food is always prepared with patience, and even when it's really busy everyone does their best to get to thecustomers as quickly as possible. I will definitely return to this place more often! Tried to order online one afternoon, but it said the store was unavailable even though it was open and takes online orders. Went... there and ordered in person anyways, and they had to re plug the internet cord in to process my order. Looked over, and saw thephone running a dial tone. So they just unplug so you can't order online, run the phone so it's busy and you can't call. BeforeI even started my order they went through a long list of things they didn't have. So I had to mismatch the sandwich I wantedwith just whatever I could get. They are always out of 25-50% of the ingredients. Always. In the morning, afternoon, or atnight. Most employees I've encountered just act super inconvenienced by the fact that someone is there and they have to dosomething. Read more
I?m chilling out and home eating this Subway sandwich, and I'm asking myself why I haven't thought to do a review before.... Unfortunately, I can?t say too many good things about this location because of their lackluster selection in chips and dips, butI can say that you guys try very hard to do what you?ve been asked to bring to life. Your servicemen give a little chipper andskippage to what might be an otherwise lifeless establishment, so nice call on those two kids, I guess. Read more
Hands down the worst Subway there is. They do not carry large cups because they "get a bonus for using less supplies" said one... employee. They were out of pepper jack cheese, sweet tea and lemon juice is not even an option there. The employees are eitheror teenagers who have a pissy attitude and can not make a sandwich to save their lives or they are from outside the US and havesuch a heavy accent that you can not understand them. They were out of 3 kinds of chips and no effort is made to keep the placeclean. If you gotta have Subway, go somewhere else. Read more
This place is the absolute worst Subway I have ever been to. I have been there three times and had problems every single time.... Tonight was the last time I will ever go in there. I went at 730 on Friday - they say they close at ten. They had very fewchips, no cookies, only white bread and no meatballs. They didn't even offer to make more even though it was over two hoursuntil closing. They don't care about good customer service or apparently keeping customers at all. Don't go here Read more
