Not one of the absolute worst locations, but there is A LOT of room for improvement. Drinks are hit & miss, depending on the... crew scheduled, camaraderie is non-existent, everyone is pretty-much "all business" and needs to be ASKED for anything andeverything. There's no such thing as predictive service here. Cashiers and Drive-thru are not friendly, at all, and do not havethe knowledge of people that have been getting Starbucks forever. I can?t stand this location. This is on my way to work and I will go to a further one because they NEVER fill my cup up. I order... venti?s. They never fill it up. We pay a lot of money for these. Give me my appropriate size. It won?t give me the option topicture below but it?s still not full after asking for more oakmilk in it. I have not drank it yet. This has happened onmultiple occasions here. I don?t write a review on the first mess up. I write them on constant ones. My review just disappeared so here it is again: I ordered a mocha macchiato with coconut milk but what I got was a half asssed... caramel macchiato with whole milk of course an no drizzle what so ever. Please get out of the coffee business whoever made mydrink especially the person who took my order. Read more
Every time I order an Iced Shaken Espresso from this specific location it?s wrong. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. and they always argue... with me about how it?s made. I?ve ordered this drink for over a year now from various locations and this is the only store thatseems incapable of making it. And everytime they don?t listen, they just argue. I know how it?s supposed to be made. I?veattached a picture of how it should be made and what I was given today. The only redeeming quality of this place and the onlyreason why this rating wasn?t a 1 is because of their manager, Christian. I talked to him about it and he immediately saw theproblem, admitted it was wrong, listened to me explain my issue, and insured me that he would talk to the team and make sure theproblem was fixed. i only get pink drinks from starbucks, and this starbucks is the only one that without fail is the only one that cannot add the... proper amount of coconut milk to strawberry açaí ratio, it always comes out unblended, with way too much strawberry acai. itbasically comes back at a cup of strawberry acai and a very thin layer of coconut milk floating on top. the color is supposed tobe light pink and it always comes out just looking like strawberry acai and tasting way too strong. They are incredibly friendly and professional. Quick and quality. Best Starbucks in town.
