System went down but we bought on the app. They lost our receipt, couldn?t give us the food and we?re zero help. We went to the... Kingwood drive one thinking they could just give us our meal since they?re owned by the same people and nope? so we had to buyit again! People live on budgets and it wasn?t in our budget and we couldn?t disappoint our kids. So now we have $50 worth ofMcDonald?s charged to our account and only half of the food to show for it. Employees were very nice! They need to offer senior discount when we buy coffee. If we don't ask we don't recieve. Not good.
I ordered 2 adult happy meals from this location. However, my meal was brought out in a big brown mcdonalds bag. If I had wanted... a regular meal I would have ordered one. They also gave me a sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea. Read more
Trash employees, lazy, dirty and rude. Because they couldn?t understand me, I couldn?t order my food. Said item wasn?t available... and was discontinued. It's McDonald's. The staff at this location are friendly and do a good job when there is a rush.
