The food was tasty but sandwich maker didn't really listen fully. We asked for a sandwich with no tomato. We got tomatoes. I... ordered a cheese steak with no jalapenos. She didn't tell the cook no jalapenos. After I saw the cook put them on I remindedthe sandwich make I asked for no jalapenos. And they still didn't have ketchup!! I like ketchup on my cheese steak. I specifically ask for my sub to be unassembled due to the lack of care the employees at any food location have for the food you... as a customer choose to pay for. Staff needs some adjustments in customer service skills. 1 HR. The worst part about this place is that for a giant sandwich, it costs $20. So to feed my husband and I, we spend about $30 on... TWO sandwiches. Which would be fine if their employees got paid better for it but they don?t. Read more

Food was great and so was the young lady that made our subs, she didn't waste a second of her time or ours along with 2 other... customers behind us. She was multitasking back and forth, as she was waiting on one of our subs being cooked on the fryer shewas also cutting meat for 2 other separate people behind us. This young lady was so great so sweet so fast, she knew how tomultitask without people realizing she was helping 3 different customers at once. She alone gets 10 stars for the hard fastamazing work she was doing. Yes there was 2 other workers but one was helping a delivery guy bring food out and thinking mangerthat was on lunch there. UPDATED 12/28/20 - I had a serious hankering for a sandwich but I also had to run to the grocery store. I got to Jersey Mike's... literally 9 minutes before they closed and apologized for showing up so late. They smiled, took my order politely, joked with mea bit, and the gentleman made literally the best sandwich I have ever had! PS - they had me out the door by when they closed at9:00 p.m. I cannot say enough good things about Jersey Mike's and this new beautiful location. I added an updated picture tothis review. Called in to order which was very easy. The subs were excellent. My husband had the chpolte steak and cheese and I had a ham... with provolone. We have a new winner for best subs in kingwood. Thank you Jersey Mikes! We have literally eaten here every daysince they opened. Today our order had a mistake (which I understand things happen) My husband called the owner actuallydelivered 2 fresh subs to replace the ones we picked up within 20 minutes...what other place would do this (none).
