I am so glad I chose Hacienda Palomas to cater my daughter's quinceanera. Juan was absolutely wonderful, the staff arrived... on-time to the venue as promised, with all professionally dressed in uniform. The manager kindly volunteered to be presenton-site (at no additional cost) to ensure all ran accordingly. I am so blown away by the level of service provided, theyhandled our event of 150 plus guests with such ease and poise. They even provided some of our VIP guests with additional clothnapkins upon request. The food was hot, fresh and delicious of course, the chicken/beef fajitas were juicy and tender, the ricefluffy, flavorful and steamy. Aside from the quality of the food, the service and staff made me feel at ease on such a big day.I would trust them to cater any event. Read more
Stopped for dinner this evening. The inside was nicely decorated and very clean was seated right away. I ordered the taco salad... with beef fajitas. I received it really quick. The salad was very tasty and fresh. I would definitely eat here again. Read more
We wanted to support local restaurant and tried Hacienda Palomas in Kingwood! My husband enjoyed his enchiladas; but my chicken... tortilla soup had big globs of chicken all connected! To eat it, I would have to put knife in the bowl and dice the chicken. The kitchen should have done that! I ate the avocado, broth and chips which were good! I talked to water and she didn?t care. When a server came to pick up dishes and saw the almost full bowl of soup, I explained that the kitchen should have diced thechicken so it would be edible, The manager was passing by and listened for a minute and went on his way! The Hacienda Polomas is the latest Tex Mex style restaurant to occupy this Kingwood location. My first impression is of the 3 or... 4 incarnations, this is the best. First the dining area is open, festive and inviting. Second they have a large, covered outdoorpatios area. Last, but not least, they have a large menu that includes all the traditional offerings like fajitas, enchiladasand tacos. However also they grilled fish and seafood selections that were very flavorful. I wish them longevity and success. Read more

I ordered the chicken fajitas w/bell peppers and onions. I got (2) Bell pepper shavings and some onions. Was informed the dish... is served on a smaller plate. They also messed up the drink order. We had our wedding reception here, and they did a absolutely fantastic job! They kept up with everyone (30+ people) and made... sure we were all satisfied. We didn?t go without at all! They let us use the patio just for our party, and it was beautiful andwe loved it. We also eat here regularly, and the manager Juan is fantastic! The staff is great, the restaurant is always clean,and the food is always AMAZING. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant and I highly recommend them! Read more
