Tables dirty, broken ac( portable ac) fountain drink machine broken. Out of strawberries, spinach , chicken tenders, bell... peppers cheddar cheese, onion rings and to Go cups. Under staffed. Very slow service. Will not recommend, but if you must eathere , come before you?re hungry it will take 30 minutes to get to cashier. Read more
The food was DELICIOUS, but all the tables were so dirty and unclean for almost a good hour. By some miracle we found a table... that managed to be the only one there without trash on it. It felt uncomfortable. Kudos to the guy who eventually came by andcleared off all the tables, he did so with no help. Read more
Avoid at all costs. Their AC has been out for months (at least) and the owner's grand solution was to put portable ac units... sporadically around the dining area. Both soft drink machines required an employee to manually refill it with ice from somewhereelse and both machines were flat. If the dining area was this bad, I can't imagine what corners are being cut behind thecounter. The employees were all doing their best and it is incredibly obvious that ownership is only concerned with theirbottom line and the bare minimum to keep the place running. Read more
Sucks floors were slick, and most importantly they screwed my order up, I don?t think it was the ladies fault as much as... Fudruckers. All I wanted was chili on the side for my fries and for my burger and a side order of wedges, simple enough rightand a very easy correction, if your not picking up your order and don?t find out until you get home. This was our first time back to this Fuddruckers in almost 10 years. The burgers are still as good as we remembered but the... prices have become almost unbearable. One burger combo, with two drinks, and an extra order of fries set us back $30. That'ssplitting the burger between us! The burgers was cooked perfectly and fully of juicy flavor. The restaurant was fairly clean butcould have been a bit cleaner considering they had just opened when we arrived there. The front desk staff were extremelyfriendly and the food was hot and ready fast. We will come again for sure, and maybe not wait a decade before doing so thistime. Read more
Friendly workers, clean site. Also the burgers we tried were delicious and fresh. I was just glad to discover that this location... (Kingwood, TX) was a good place to eat a good burger. I enjoyed being there and eating better quality food. Read more
Ooommggg, this place was so clean and what I I would an FANCY BURGER DINER! The staff went a 150% over and beyond for my family... as they allowed me to table cloth and decorate for my son's 6th birthday.......they allowed me to decorate and leave to comeback with him (they kept am eye on things and kept it in tact). The staff treated me like I hired them to assist for theday...they offered things I had forgot befor I could even ask..........Wow! And THE FOOD.....yes yes yes, the food was AMAZINGFRESH AND FAST.......before you could fill your family's drinks and sit down your name was being called. Let me just say this......we had 23 people and we all ate together (at the same time)! MR. LUCAS & STAFF You were the sweetest to my little boy andpersonally made him feel extra special he loved that you knew how old he was, his favorite things, and all the hi-fives. Used to be a great place for a good burger but won't be going back again unless things drastically change. Absolute waste of... money for an overcooked unseasoned burger on a stale bun. Not to mention soda being served in a can because the machines arestill down. Hope the ownership takes these reviews seriously because they have to be hurting financially for it to be in thatcondition. Read more
