This place definitely doesn?t have the courtesy or quality that I?ve come to expect from CFA. S as long as I?ve been patronizing... Chick~Fil~A I?ve never had an issue with my order until I visited this location. My food was wrong but after giving them anopportunity to fix it, they agreed to credit the food that was wrong to my app, that never happened. After 4 days of it notbeing credited, I call and was told they didn?t find my information on the app. I go to the location per the director?s requestand waited in the drive through, then they request that I pull to the side. I refused and left. The inconvenience and value ofmy time, doesn?t allow me to wait any longer. Let's start with this location needs to be RENOVATED clearly, stopped here twice in the last 2 weeks nuggets of course. 12 piece... with 2 sauces packs requesting 1 more to only be restricted. No matter which state I'm in or location this absolutely the 1stand Only Chick-fil-A to restrict on sauces I'm still in shock. Read more
I have plenty of time to write a review as I wait on chicken strips. That's all I ordered. I have to wait in the parking lot 5... out of 5 times I hit the drive through regardless of the order. This is the only chic fil a that consistently messes up myorder. At least the food is good when I do receive it. This location just doesn't have the the system down as well as otherlocations. Long lines but quick service. You move fast. The food was delicious and they serve food if you are on a food plan that includes... grilled chicken like the roll-ups and the Cobb salads are delicious. We all know how good Chick-fil-A is! Read more
All the food was fresh ..only problem I had was when it was time for my kids to get their ice cream the young lady ask to see my... receipt as if I was lying.. then a lil Mexican boy came be hind me to do the same she not once ask for his receipt. I didn?twant no confusion so I walk off to see if my receipt was on my phone to show proof . Then I spoke with another crew members(Andrew) he just gave it to me no questions with a smile ?????. This location was an old haunt of ours, for many years, pre-pandemic. Most of the staff was still friendly and helpful. The food... took longer to be prepared than normally, but everything came out just right and extremely hot (fresh). Some of the inside coulduse a little TLC (bulbs out, handle falling off the kid-area door, etc.) but overall it wasn't too off-putting. We'll be back! Read more
Order food for 4 kids and my wife. Waited 30 minutes, no food. 3 managers on duty, none willing to help nor friendly. Will try... my best to avoid this Chick-fil-A, others are normally great. Read more
