Will of given CAVA 5 stars if they allowed the registers software for tip to be added to the total. The staff was friendly and... helpful for first timers. Smiles and the food was Ok As it is..Mediterranean. If you take it to go, eat it soon. It?s not meantto be overnight left overs due to the variety of add ons. Nice clean atmosphere. Read more

So not usually someone who posts, but I walked in 30 minutes before closing. I usually like to make my bowl as I go, but... everything was empty because they had decided to close up early. I get it slow days, cleanup early, leave early we have allworked those jobs. But at least keep something out so the place seems like an open presentable business. The line was drawn whenI politely said I would go somewhere else, but one of the employees said ?ok wow? as if I made a whole order and changed mymind. I didn?t want to pay for half burnt last order pita chips and I would have liked to been able pay for a service and a.Nice meal, not a bunch of plastic crates and Tupperware full of salad, chicken and a rude person. This place is not cheap, I amwilling to pay and I am not a mean person. I did not appreciate this experience, and I hope it will be better. Read more

Food is decent but the restaurant is really poorly run. Most of the tables, which are not shone in the picture are dirty and... dirty dishes are stacked up. New employees that have not had training. No salt and pepper. Please do better!! Read more

CAVA: If Chipotle and Whole Foods had a baby that grew up and spent the summer abroad in Greece. Quick Summary: Over 600,000... combinations of high quality ingredients and good flavors prepared into "bowls" by friendly and helpful staff. Catering to thenutrition-conscious crowd but not pretentious about it. How to build your CAVA bowl: 1. Enter and be greeted in a friendlymanner by staff who ask if it's your first time. They'll explain the process to you as well. 2. Choose to either create your owncustom bowl or select one of CAVA's pre-configured bowls. 3. Pick a "Base" of greens, grains or a combination of both. I got the"Greens and Grains" combining the SuperGreens and Saffron Rice which was very good and the dark greens weren't bitter at all. 4.Pick your "Dips and Spreads". Range of thick sauces that give the bowl an extra burst of flavor. You can pick 2 or 3 but Irecommend the Crazy Feta and Red Pepper Hummus. 5. Pick a "Protein". Good selection of flavorful standard and vegetarian proteinoptions of which you get 2 small-ish scoops that you can mix and match or just get a double helping of the same option. The"Honey Chicken" and "Braised Lamb" are both delicious. 6. Pick your "Toppings". No limit here, go wild, load 'em up! Manyoptions to choose from that will alter the flavor of your bowl and bulk it up some. 7. Pick your "Dressing". Again, a goodselection to alter the flavor and give your bowl some "liquid". I personally like the "Greek Vinaigrette". I was surprised bythe drink options and made a custom blend of the"Strawberry Citrus" with a little bit of "Classic Lemonade". And yes, they havethe crunchable "Sonic ice". Calorie information is printed on EVERYTHING so you can calculate exactly what you're taking in ifthat's important to you. Real, metal utensils are nice but the paper straws are a bummer. They do have plastic available if youask though. The individually wrapped desserts were okay but I probably wouldn't order them again.
