Under staffed and they just give you what they want you to have BK yes but I specifically asked for what I want not the BK way... my way sooo I can see what I'm eating. Staff just there especially dine in they had this woman working drive thru and dinecausing her to ring me up for basic BK menu when I ordered what I specifically wanted and how I wanted charge or no charge thatoption wasn't given to me. The manager comes out of the back to assist stating I'm just helping her when I request my order becorrected as I ordered it like you're not suppose to be helping her she shouldn't even be running drive thru and dine in likeshe's human and only one person no wonder she just did my order like anything. I had four people with me and everybody had different instructions for their burger. I was very happy that they got every single... special request right the first time. Seems to be going downhill. This location is not great. We ordered cheese sticks and 2 meals. The cheese sticks tasted like they... had been half cooked, then laid out on the counter for a long time. They were cold and not great. My burger was fine, but theonion rings tasted like the grease was old. My friend said her meal was bad. That the sandwich was not good. Have to give 1 star to submit a review but this is not the first time this drive thru has completely disregarded specific... instructions about my burger so it?s a zero stars for me. When I go through the drive-through and order my Texas double whopperburger I always order it with jalapeños on the side. Being that because I am extremely allergic to them but my neighbor lovesthem. So I go through the drive-through today and as usual I told them no jalapeños on my burger please jalapeños on theside. Guy at the box says no problem we don?t have any jalapeños anyway. I?m like thank you very much because I can?t havejalapeños on my burger. I go and pay and drive to the park to sit down and eat my meal. I open my burger I go to eat it andinstantly I can smell jalapeños on my burger which I have instructed them that I am allergic to jalapeños and cannot havethem. So I called to speak to the manager manager really didn?t respect the fact that I?m allergic to the jalapeños just saidthey would replace my burger. Now if I had of eaten them in would be in the ER did this manager care NO NOT AT ALL!!!!! I went here about 4:30 pm.Took a lil while to get my food which I don't mind if its hot..Well I ordered onion rings .They were... overcooked a couple were burnt like they reheated them and my burger was cold.. I moved to the area a few months ago and stopped by this Burger King for lunch. I must say, I was blown away by the quality of... the burger. Maybe because it?s a franchise location? Also the gentleman working the drive through window was extremely helpfulwhen placing my order. I asked what burgers were included on the 2 for $6 deal. I wanted the whopper, which was not on the dealbut he substituted them in for $8. Very helpful, fast service and quality food for a Burger King of all places. I will be back. Read more
