SEP 22Decent place for the usual. Had an impatient drive through operator... no "thank you" given... just pay me attitude. OCT... 22 UPDATE. Not sure why I still go to this place (limited choices I suppose). The fries today were hot but taste old. You cansmell the old fry oil... and the taste of the old oil permeates the fries. I will add though the curbside staff was verycourteous this afternoon. Dropped from 4 to 3 stars due to old fry oil. Read more
Not only was the food really good, the service was fast and great! The manager even gave us samples of the banana pudding shake!... So sweet. We were visiting from Missouri and had never had whataburger. She really made our day. Thank u! Read more

Ordered 4 meals and one entire meal (burger& fries) for my child was missing and had to go back out of convenience to pick it up... and thanked the manager for my cold food that was waiting for me at home. Manager offered to remake my meal but I declined andasked for another time to have it re-done and she seemed to disagreed with my offer because she walked away. If the employeeswould pay attention more often there would be less mistakes to make as this hasn't been the first time this has occurred at thislocation. Overall, my family loves Whataburger just this location is just not our favorite. The location on 14th st is muchbetter. Read more
We stop at this Whataburger quite often even though we live elsewhere. Today is Nov. 25th, the day after Thanksgiving. I went... inside the very busy Whataburger to use the restroom and order food to go for myself and husband. My husband stayed in the carbecause he has cancer. The line was long, but moving pretty quickly as there was only one nice lady at the register and severalemployees making the food. I ordered 2 combos; mine was a cheeseburger. I got our drinks and waited. I got my food and saidthank you and left. Our food was in 2 bags. I opened my burger and it had no cheese. I was a little bummed because it wasraining and O had to go back inside and resolve the issue. I told the young lady that helped me that my burger was missing thecheese. At this point a very rude manager was helping on the other register. The girl helping me looked at the manager like whatto do. The manager said in a very rude tone in front of everyone where my receipt was. I said I guess it was attached to myhusband's bag out in the car. She insinuated I wasn't telling the truth and embarrassed me. I told her I wasn't lying and myhusband, who has cancer, was waiting in the car. I did mention it was raining, right? I told her she was being very rude and Iam not a liar. I told her to forget it and was going to leave. She proceeded to snap loudly at me in front of customers andsaid, well do you want it or not??!! I said yes and I don't appreciate the way you insinuated I was a liar. This is the ABSOLUTEworst experience I have ever had at a Whataburger. That manager either had a bad day, was hung over or hated life. I was goingto go back in with my receipt to show her the order and throw a dollar at her, but my husband told me she wasn't worth it and wetry and teach our daughter how to treat people.
