Thank you OG pizza! We ordered 3 queen pizzas for a large family gathering. It was a busy Friday night for OG and the pizza was... about 20-30 mins late being delivered. Being a patient person, this wasn?t a problem, but the staff at OG were very apologeticand gave us a discount for the order. Staff was kind, pizza was tasty! Will be ordering again. Read more

While the pizza was as always good, a sign of any business is how they deal with problems when they occur. There was a mistake... with the payment and even to their own agreement that they had made it they would not correct it. To quote, "it would cost us50% to refund the transaction." I have no idea how but I do know it just cost at least two families future business and with theprice of your pizza you would have made that up in the next two weeks and then some. Read more
