I just entered the Kingston Subway and was eyeing the menu. The gal working the restaurant was outside and scurried in the door... and back into the back room. I wasn't too concerned, I was the still surveying the menu and honestly it's been a very long timesince I have been to a Subway (because of COVID). All of a sudden she appears from the back room and yelled at me that I can'texpect service unless I stand directly under the sign that says Order here. She even hammered her finger at the sign and glaredat me as if I broke a cardinal rule. There was no one else in the Subway, I was so shocked by the extreme rudeness that Isimply said I don't think I'll stay after that welcome. She said, "Suit yourself". I left. What happened to customer serviceover the pandemic? With that, I went home and had lunch, never to return again. Read more
Food here was great, staff was more than friendly! They were extra nice to my daughter who is a toddler, and gave us ideas on... our sandwiches. Had some trouble with the app so we ended up going inside to order. Read more
Noted employee without mask in front part of store. One behind counter was properly masked. Customers going in without masks.... Masked husband bought sandwich, but I wouldn't go in. Felt really unsafe. Does Subway have a mask policy? Read more
Just got sandwhiches and they were both missing cheese & they both were not toasted. 1 was missing olives and had a HUGE peice... of the skin of the onion in it, like 3 inches long and 2 inches wide. Gross....The other one was missing Ranch. I wasdisappointed... Read more
