Absolutely the worst service in a pizza place I have ever been to in my life. I placed a carry out order and got to the store... around 30 minutes after the order was placed. Once I walked in the store, it took over 5 minutes to acknowledge any of thecustomers at the front of the store. Once acknowledged, they told me they didn?t know where my order was. A couple of minuteslater an employee comes up and says it was just placed in the oven and it would be about 5 minutes. Needless to say 15 minutesgoes by and still no order. Also this entire time one employee is looking at the map and walking circles around the store askingwhere his delivery orders are at. I was in the store for over 25 minutes while peoples delivery orders just sat on the counter.Finally my pizza comes out of oven and they tell me has to be re-made. I canceled the order at this point and the employees hadthe nerve to tell me they couldn?t help that the pizza was messed up. Like the oven just messed it up all by itself. Ridiculous Read more
Ordered cheesy dip and breadsticks and a brownie (costed 24.00) The dip tasted like chemicals and got thrown in the trash. Over... an hour (said 34 min) Used contactless delivery and got a banging on the door and the guy stood there until I opened.??????????? Why am I tipping for it not to be right and the guy couldn?t leave it where I asked them to and leave. Read more
Whatever female is working the phones on Monday, June 13th at the dominos in Kingston is not only rude but really bad at her... job. You would be surprised how much money and plain business she is costing this one shop. She is rude and if you call back andtry to confirm ANYTHING it?s like she is too busy to do her job or give you an ETA. She sent the driver to the wrong locationand then kept the 4.99 she charged for delivery that was suppose to go to driver. They said ?I am just happy you got your food?.Poor guy got ripped off as much as I did and he works there. #FD Read more
Tracker said it was in the oven, but it wasn't. It was just going in when I arrived 15 min. Later. Pizza was dried out and... didn't seem to have the extra cheese I ordered. Wings were tastey. Read more
Our order sat in the ?quality check? for an hour and 5 minutes before it left for delivery. We ordered cinnamon twists with... extra icing when it got here we had no icing. And both the things ordered were cold. Not to mention the delivery driver wasrude. So we waited an hour and a half just to have to reheat the pizza in the oven for it to be edible. UPDATE: 11-17-18 Always hot, always good and a great value! Every Saturday and Sunday for over 8 years we have been ordering... carry-out pizza for our handgun carry permit classes and our employees. Orders are always correct and on time. Employees arealways polite. Doesn't matter if it's original crust, thin crust, or pan the Pizza's are tasty, our students, and employees arehappy (Average order is 8 large ). If we have any leftover pizza (which is rare), we freeze it in zip-lock baggies. Later wepop it in our toaster over for a great afternoon snack! The guys really love this midweek treat! Read more
