This location is probably one of the worst Tim's around - this is what you get when a business has a monopoly as the closest... Tim's is a few km away from this one. This Tim's does not accept Tim's Rewards, nor can you use the mobile application to orderahead. (you can use Transact to order ahead, though, just not the Tim's app). It does not accept credit cards either. Serviceis extremely slow, the staff seems to not care about their customers. The TAM options are also quite lacking. Read more

It's like this location isn't an actual Tim Hortons, like it's some worse knock-off version. I've waited 10x longer for my food... here than any of their other stores, and everything is either cold, badly made, or made incorrect. The only real point of goingto this location is because it's on Queen's campus, but with so many better options close by, I rarely go here. In short, it'scertainly a Tim Hortons. Read more

I waited for over AN HOUR in line just to order. I got a grilled cheese, potato wedges and a coffee with Oat Milk. They put... Almond milk in my coffee instead of the oat milk like i asked for. Never going to this Tim Hortons ever again. The worst one Ihave ever been to. I wish I could give it 0 stars, the lineup didn?t look that bad at first, but I waited for an hour.Ridiculous. Read more

Please explain to me why there was a massive line of students waiting, meanwhile 3/4 of the elderly employees were standing... around in a circle talking and laughing like they were on a gossip break, leaving the poor young girl to manage the cashregister, retrieve the food and make drinks all at once!
