Went there for a coffee. Drive-through was blocked off for a delivery truck. No biggie. Went in. Waited 10 minutes in line and... didn't budge. I watched at least three employees with their backs to us, doing next to nothing. They could've had two tills, butI guess being lazy and slow was their main priority. The service there is appalling! Very slow, not enough staff, ridiculously backed up drive thru and walk-in traffic. COVID-19 is... no longer an acceptable excuse for this. I feel very sorry for the staff that bother to show up there when there?s far betterjobs out there. Give them the tools they need to do the job quickly and efficiently or please do us all a favor and shut thisjoint down. The service here is really making a bad name for the Tim Hortons brand. Terrible customer service!! Every time I come to this location I am waiting at least 15 minutes no matter how many customers are... there. Instead of being told the iced capp machine was just filled after ordering and I would be waiting a bit, they just let mewait and never said anything to me. Every time I order food there is something wrong with the food, whether they mess up myorder completely or I find hair in my food. I will never give the location another chance Read more
