Well made and prepared food/drinks, my order has been mixed up recently and many times, other than than that the service is... fairly quick/fast. I usually are waiting 1-2 minutes or 10-20 minutes. Read more

If you're looking for the worst Tim Hortons in Kingston this is It. I asked for my bagel to be toasted extra this morning and on... the first bite there was tiny bits in there that was so hard I couldn't even chew them. I tried to identify what it was that Icouldn't chew through with my teeth but instead I spit it all out and threw out my bagel. I don't know what was in my bagel butI can assure you that I will not get any food from this location unless I can see it prepared in front of my own eyes. Cheers! Read more

Such an annoyance ordering here. Either they don't have what you ordered or make it so poorly that you can't enjoy the food.... Better experience driving up the road a kilometre. Read more

Absolute mess, waited in line for twenty minutes while your employee had a personal conversation with a customer, avoiding the... 12 people in line. Your employees have dirty hands, visible dirt on their hands and unkept nails all while closing the lidswith their palms. Unkept and dirty store, definitely the worst Tim Hortons in town. Read more

Have only ever used the drive-thru at this one, but many times! The staff is very friendly and my order has always been... correct. Added bonus: There's a whole warren of rabbits that live in the grassy area across from the drive-thru window!! Read more
