Usually not great experiences when we come here. Foods not bad, but service is so slow. We waited 5 minutes for a drink just for... cashier to pop her head out the window and say "Sorry we don't have that drink, would you like this drink instead?" So we say"Sure." Then she pops her head back inside and we sat there for at least 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the drink, and somehow itwasn't even the drink they said it would be. We left. We've also had orders very mixed up at this location. At least the food isok. Read more

Usually not great experiences when we come here. Foods not bad, but service is so slow. We waited 5 minutes for a drink just for... cashier to pop her head out the window and say "Sorry we don't have that drink, would you like this drink instead?" So we say"Sure." Then she pops her head back inside and we sat there for at least 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the drink, and somehow itwasn't even the drink they said it would be. We left. I have been a faithful customer of Timmy's for years and thought that I would never change?? But I Recently had a coffee for... the 1st time at Starbucks and I have to say I can't drink Tim Horton's coffee anymore it was tasteless when compared toStarbucks I was shocked so if you enjoy coffee as much as I do and let me tell you i LOVE coffee, I can't imagine my daystarting without it?? So what are you waiting for get over to Starbucks and see what you've been missing? Sorry Tim but it'strue!! Read more

Staff very disorganized and most them were unprofessional. The food was subpar and had to be redone. We would definitely skip... this Tim Hortons in future. Only 3 tables out of 10 were open and there was no one using them and they were dirty. Read more

Horrible experience every time. I order my mobile order way a head of time and yet it still takes 10minutes to complete my... simple order. They are very dis organized and very slow. Over Half the time they mess up my orders and I don't have time to getit fixed. I recommend do not stop at this tim hortons if your on your way to work or in a rush because you will be late. Today Igot an smore ice capp and I found a nozzle in my drink. This place is Horrible, worst tim hortons in kingston I dont know howthey are still open. Read more

This is a review for ownership to think about the quality of service rendered. This location is at the bus terminal. Buses... comes with short turnaround times. Today I arrived with 15 minutes to reboard the bus. Half the bus wanted a coffee orsomething to eat. The servers moved at snail like speed. I had to run out without my purchased product. I?m annoyed becauseof the lack of ability to think how they could make the customer experience better. The location of the store should dictateservice. When you see a bus arrive, all hands should be on deck for 15-20 minutes to get ppl out with there product. Read more

In general the location has been pretty clean and service staff is usually nice to customers. That being said, I?ve witnessed... employees being very disrespectful to one another, a girl with coloured hair is often micromanaging and yelling at the otheremployees. The same person did not know how to punch in a London fog and proceeded to make it with coffee which was justdisgusting. I didn?t ask for a new one as they already forgot my tea biscuit and gave my partner the wrong donut. If you?recatching a bus expect a line and ling wait times, so come early:) Read more
