The lobby cleaners, the servers at bar and restaurants, the room cleaners, most front desk staff were amazing! Most front desk... staff were incredible! We had a young man on Saturday, and a young lady Sunday, who served us, and they were so professional, soaccommodating, so personable, just lovely.........that was in the Aqua Terra restaurant. Breakfast both days was so good! ALLthe staff that worked the wedding on the 6th floor were attentive the entire night. They ALL made sure that every guest was welltaken care of. They worked non stop to ensure every detail was perfect! The wedding buffet was outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!! The bedsand pillows were comfy, room was clean. CONS: Stains on carpets in rooms and in hotel hallways. No screen in room window.Phones did not work in rooms. Read more

It was a standard Delta Hotel but has a stunning River View! The room was newly renovated but if all the details would be... thoroughly taken care, that would be a lot better! The front desk team was great, friendly, and helpful. I had an early check inrequest, they were kindly able to accommodate! Appreciate that! The restaurant Aqua Terra was amazing! The service and food wereremarkable! I give a 5-Star review to encourage them to keep up the great work! Highly recommended. Read more

I have stayed at the Delta hotels Marriott Kingston several times now, and found the experience to be consistent and generally... unremarkable. They do have an unfortunate front entrance that removes any polish from the first experience you have as you comein through the parking lot. However, the rooms have been recently renovated, the lobby is clean, and the restaurants areaccessible with good fare. The hotel is located centrally in downtown Kingston with fantastic views over the waterfrontHarbour. We made use of one of the small board rooms for work during the day and found it reasonable and pleasantlyaccommodated. Excellent service staff. Read more

I lived in Kingston for 30yrs but have lived away for the last 9yrs. I decided to bring my in-laws for a visit and choose to... stay here. This was my first time staying in a hotel in my home town and I wish I did a long time ago. From the moment I walkedin, the front desk staff (Mina in particular) were so full of energy and welcomed me like family. The hotel was clean, bright,up to date and has the most beautiful views of the harbour/marina. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I?ve everexperienced in a hotel (I?ve stayed in lots). The restaurant (Aqua Terra) was absolutely delicious. The hotel itself isperfectly situated in downtown, close to all the best things. My wife and I are going on a month long honeymoon next year andI?m excited to stay in another Marriott. Thank you Delta/Marriott for a great stay. Would highly recommend. Read more

Great location and great views from the rooms. This was our second stay, rooms are now looking rather dated. Check in time is... 3pm and we eventually got into our room around 6pm. Line up of people all being told that their rooms were not quite ready.Nobody asked on checking out how our stay was. Definitely not worth the $417 including tax for the one night. Read more

This will be an honest mixed review. The location is excellent, close to almost everything you want to do. The view was... fantastic, we could watch the boats and also see what was happening in the park. The breakfast in the hotel was very good and asfar as hotel prices go very reasonable. We stayed 3 nights for an average price of $345 including parking...The parking garageis basically the front door, no valet parking so they temp park you and then you check in get a luggage cart, which there wasnone, haul your stuff up then go park your car, not a fan of that, took 3 trips. The beds are very comfortable, bathroom was agood layout and had lots of space. The hotel carpets in the hallways and rooms are absolutely filthy and stained, probably theworst I have ever stayed at especially for $345/night. There was dust and cobwebs all over the windows and sills. Hallways needa fresh coat of bright paint as well. Noon checkout was nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. I will give them a 3 due tothe cleanliness. If they would do a deep clean, paint and replace the carpets it would be 5 stars. Read more

Hands down one of the best locations to stay in Kingdom waterfront, very accessible and almost all good things within walking... distance. Room was decent, lakeview was great, breakfast was awesome! Experience with the Housekeeping wasn't so good, nevershowed up during our stay, even after multiple requests they never showed up, I had to go down to the front desk to ask fortowels and toiletries where they assured me that it will be there soon, later on in the day I called again and at that point thefront desk associate was kind enough to at least bring the toiletries by herself but she told us that the towels did not arrivefrom the vendor, but next morning we woke up and saw a card on the door advising the towels are left outside the door in a bagso very late but they finally arrived, it might just be an isolated incident but it was a strange experience so I mentioned.
