I had the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant especially with the owner of this Swiss Chalet restaurant. The... online website messed up my order 4 times, I was contacted because I had tried to order through Skip the Dishes (Large workorder with coworkers wanted Swiss Chalet for lunch). The manager was GREAT and contacted me to let me know about the issue.Unfortunately, I was charged for both, I sent a message to Swiss Chalet explaining all the issues with the ordering online, aswell as the delivery issues. The owner of this Swiss Chalet contacted me with a very passive aggressive email, blaming me forall the issues with taking no accountability for the awful service we received and said "These events are very unfortunate andcould have been easily prevented". I as well as my coworkers that ordered from this location will not be ordering from SwissChalet in the future. I suggest ordering from another restaurant. Read more
After we were seated, our waiter came and took our order promptly. After several minutes he returned to say they ran out of... chicken, and asked if we wanted to wait 20 extra minutes till a fresh batch was done. We decided to wait and they ended upproviding us with complimentary hors d'oeuvres. We were pleased with the service and how they handled the situation. Food tastedgreat! Read more

Thanksgiving evening was pretty packed. Had to wait about 15 minutes for 5 people but was worth it. I'm a tourist so this is my... first time in this chain. The staff was super nice even though they had so many people in the restaurant. The food was reallygood. Excellent simple dinner, exactly what we were looking for. Read more
Service was extremely slow. We were not greeted upon entry. I had enough time to use the unpleasant restrooms before even being... acknowledged at the front. Once seated, we waited 10 mins for our server to come get our drink orders...which then took longerthan it should have. The salad was wilty and the taste was mediocre. Servers were switched mid service. We finished out mealsand then waited for 10+mins for our bill.. I am sympathetic to shortages due to the pandemic, but this was a bit ridiculous.Disappointing. Our waitress, Charlie, was great and we have ZERO complaints about her service. With that said, we ordered some perogies as part... of our meal. For whatever reason one portion was salted and the other wasn't. We let the person who brought us these items (notour waitress) that we didn't order without salt, but rather than return it we'd just take the salt and do it ourselves. Shenever bothered to bring it. We ordered 3 quarter chicken meals. The food took over an hour to come..... Oh and the chicken wassome of the worst Swiss Chalet chicken we've had - it tasted so bland it could've passed as boiled chicken. I understand theworld is short staffed, but when we ordered take out we got our food delivered to our door, hot and properly flavored in 30minutes. THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO COLLECT YOUR BEST GIRL FRIEND AND TAKE HER TO SWISS FOR A FESTIVE SPECIAL. Like, $22 for a chicken dinner... that was honestly really awesome, AND a glass of Swiss' best Red/white?! Yes. AND five Lindt chocolates! Our server was superawesome!
