Oven wasn?t working so I couldn?t order my favourite crispy chicken sub, but the staff was friendly though
I ordered the same sub I get every time I go to this location, it was awful! I always get the great canadian with extra mayo... toasted and grilled, my son picked up my sub and this is what I got, a soggy falling apart sub! Not toasted or grilled! i just had to teach them how to make potato bun sidekicks because she had no idea it was on the menu and how to make it. she... also had her gloves on while on her phone, possibly trying to get a hold of her boss to ask how to make the sidekick, and thenwent back to touching food with the same gloves on. she even set my food down on her phone at the end. i will be reporting thisincident to a manager. it took 40 mins to place my order because she had no idea how to many anything other than a sub. when itcame to my wrap she left it in the press for way too long so it came out as a flat crumbling mess. i would?ve never handed outfood like that when i worked in fast food, if i messed it up then i remade it. completely insane experience, i?ve never been sodumbfounded by service like this before Read more
Every time I go in, I have to ask the lady to put more of whatever I?m asking for onto my sub, because they barely give you... anything. I?ve also never been charged for asking for one more scoop of tuna, as I literally get Tuna and Cucumbers and that isit. My order is definitely outting who I am LOL, I?m sure some of the subway workers will know who I am if they read this as Ieat at subway frequently and go to different locations. This is by far the worst subway I?ve been to. Oh and also, my bread isnever fresh. The top and edges are always crusty and hard, and I have to rip them off to get to the part of the bread that isstill soft. %100 saying something to the worker next time I go in. Read more
