The pumpkin spiced latte was really delicious, and a lovely environment for hanging out and chatting.
Waited for a small coffee for over 20min! I don?t think that?s a branch issue, maybe a one off new staff trainee thing and the... manager tried to compensate by changing to americano and offering pastries which I totally appreciate. But still the first timeI?ve seen such a thing in all my starbucks experiences all over US or Canada. Read more

This location has improved all staff immensely! At one time, some staff very nice, while others not so much. One staff member... near the beginning of Covid was very, very rude to a customer that I saw there. This particular customer clearly had a hearingproblem and the staff member should have been more understanding instead of so impatient. This time (at least 1 yr) when I wentback all staff were great,friendly and professional with all customers. Much better experience! Read more

This is by far my favorite Starbucks to go to. The staff/manager is super friendly. If you go regularly they remember you and... your name. I've never had a bad experience with them. Yes you can have the off drink very rarely but that will happen anywherewith having so many different variables in play. I've been to Starbucks London Ontario, Ottawa, off routes on the highway, 5different ones in town here... This one is the one I try and go to even if I have to drive out of my way for it. When ever Ido a long drive to Belleville or Ottawa, I make sure to stop here get my fav drink that most of the staff remember (which I dojtexpect them too) have a nice friendly express than off on my road trip.
