I was at restaurant last week. There was a man on his mid to late 30's serving. He was handling the food with blue gloves (... Nothing wrong so far). Then he finished my order. I paid with cash. He grabbed the money from me and returned my change. Sadly,he did not remove his blue gloves to handle money. I will not return to this restaurant. Read more

Very nice polite and hard working people running the business. Speaking with owner, his primary goal is to have happy customer.... I tried the chicken wrap with potatoes, it was very delicious. I haven’t had food since last night in 16 hours but I stillcouldn’t finish it, the portions were so good and price very nominal. I have had many shawarmas in Kingston, Ottawa region andI rate them pretty high in quality and taste. Tip, to make it more delicious, ensure you ask for all the sauces at the end. Read more
The absolute best shawarma. The beef is honestly incredible and mouth watering.. I could eat a whole plate of that on its own.... You usually can't say much about rice, but their rice has almost a buttery texture and tastes amazing. Garlic potatoes are abanger, everything here is truly delicious. The dips, I could drink them straight. The customer service is something you won'tfind anywhere else. The owner makes you feel like a friend or family member, just happy to serve you food and have a goodconversation about anything you like, or to let you enjoy your meal in peace. If you are a regular, you have likely alreadyexperienced how friendly and personal the owner and staff are with each and every customer. We came for lunch and got the falafel and the chicken shawarma wraps - both were great! They were stuffed really full, so great... value for the price. Staff were also very friendly in greeting us and while preparing our order, would definitely come back! Read more
Firstly I would like to say, This place never disappoints. Today they forgot my hummus and my garlic sauce. I phoned the... restaurant to let them know, not really expecting much, considering we are just a couple of days after a storm. The man whoanswered the phone was so kind told me he was going to send someone back with both sauces, they most certainly did LOL and thensome. I don’t know if you can tell but these are not the normal sizes that you get with a small Shawarma. I am grateful fortheir kindness. Good food, a little pricey but no qualms there because it’s good quality. Sauces are balanced and don’t overpower other... flavours. The shawarma was well put together and didn’t dismantle while eating. Portions were sizeable and the owners feellike warm people. Overall, it makes for a perfect mom n pop shop. Read more
I've been eating here for quite some time, very faithfully, and have recommended to many people about the quality and attention... to detail. Unfortunately, on today's visit, I was served pre sliced dry chicken, seeming like they sliced too much an hr agoand needing to get rid of it. It tasted like it had been sitting in the pan far too long as it was cold and dry. On all myother visits, the chicken was freshly sliced from the spit, but not today. We were disgusted, seeming like the franchise stuff,trying to increase efficiency, but trading in the quality factor. I'm fairly disappointed that we paid $22 for 2 reg wraps anda drink as the wraps were not in the least enjoyable. What's going on guys? Read more
