Worst experience I've had ordering food went to eat my mac and cheese and it tasted like dog food and was mushy and over cooked... when I complained and asked them to give me something different she full on argued with me and said it "wasn't there problemthat's how they cook there pasta" I'm disgusted with how I was treated. When I argued with her saying that if my food was cookedwrong they would be willing to exchange it and she continued to argue with me until my friend who was with my spoke up and saidsomething, she went back and spoke to her manager before returning with a new side dish. I really don't know the point of ordering ahead. We've been bitten before and again they didn't have the order ready. I have to... say this is one of the worst run places. Next time it'll be KFC and bring your own hot sauce. Really, really poor. Read more

We tried Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen as we'd heard it was good. OMG their mac & cheese! It was orange water on overcooked pasta,... not even kidding. The mashed potatoes are from a box, watery & nasty. Their popcorn shrimp and biscuit were good but that is notenough to keep me coming back. Nope. Read more

I went there on Friday August. 5th, I ordered 4 chicken spicy and 3 tender spicy too, first of all I gave her $ 50 cash, I went... to fill-in my drink I heard her yelling at me saying your card declined, I said I gave you cash and I didn't even use any kindof card, then she looked and found my $ 50 on the desk, second they gave me mess order she put the fries with chickentogether in one opend box, when I came home I found out the chicken were rotten, I went back with the rotten chicken, she said(sorry sometimes we have rotten chickens ????????) and she replaced my order, I felt gross after all and I threw them both ingarbage and I left. Be aware if you're from colored authentic group they treat you rudely and give you mess rotten chicken. Itwas bad experience never happened for me before, I reported to their customers service and I will never ever go back thereagain. Give you less than one star if any there. Read more
