Canceled my order, told me they called me to check on missing ingredient. Never called and when I called to check on my pizza... after 75 min they lied and attempted to tell me I myself canceled the order. Update: they called the wrong number and justdecided to cancel my order. told me they would pay for my order; once again lost my order, it?s now the middle of the nightafter being repeatedly told ?it?s around the corner? Do not order from this pizza pizza. Every time I order the spicy plant based chik?n sandwich they send it with dairy on it and... it?s a fight to fix the issue. Now as a lactose intolerant person I?m unwell when there should have never been dairy in my food.Very disappointing. Read more
The bald owner/manager has a serious behavioral issue. He was being extreme rude to his employee girl who was serving a... patron. You, the bald guy, you don't have any right to assault your employees. How dare you shout to your employee in front ofcustomers! Poor girl, I feel bad for her the way she was humiliated. I went there today evening for take away order, a girl was serving me, I made the payment and she was in a position to deliver... the Pizza to me, same time another girl was serving another customer. All of a sudden, a bald guy (maybe Manager or something)jumped into the front and started shouting at the girls in front of us, stooped them from serving customers and asked them whyboth girls was serving at the Cash (which could have been done after we left). The girl who was serving me was pulled awayimmediately, without even telling a word to me. Then the 2nd girl came after 2 minutes to give the ready pizza to me. That wasreally rude behavior with staff! She was insulted in front of customers. This man really need lessons on how to behave withstaffs. I will never go again to this Branch. As a customer, we shouldn't support such business where they don't maintain workculture. I would like to draw attention to the Management of Pizza Pizza to look into this matter, interview those girls whoworking under him and get to know how he behaves with them. Read more
This place has gone down hill. Been waiting 2 hours for a order. They claim the driver was here at 12.30am.. have they ever... heard of knocking?? They also always seem too have a hard time finding my house ... they clearly need too use google maps Wouldhave been faster to make a pizza from scratch. Awesome place, open till midnight, you can customize your own pizzas or chose something off the menu. It has on of the best... dips, must try those. I have been to pizza pizza in 3 different provinces, and the amazing part is I get the same tasteeverywhere. It?s Canada?s best pizza ???? Read more
