Pizza Pizza is leading the game in Kingston. The plant based options are fire! The plant based chick'n bites are a game... changer, my non-vegan friends and partner enjoy them a lot. The Spicy plant-based chick'n Sandwich with dairy free cheeze isawesome as well. Lots of vegan options available here but the super plant pizza is highly recommended, careful for the spicykick in the plant based chorizo, but it's delicious. Really disappointed :( I don?t usually make reviews unless they?re good ones. Placed an order last night. Pizza pizza is not my... go to, but it was close to my house with delivery. I don?t like delivery apps like skip the dishes, and it was a bonus they haveonion rings on the menu as that was the main thing I was craving and figured my kids could have pizza. My order arrived ontime, but the onion rings were so over fried/burnt they were inedible. They were just broken little pieces of breading withoutany onion.There was dark grease filling the bottom of the box. It was so gross. There?s no way they can look at that and thinkit?s okay to serve a customer! I am pretty sure they sent me two large pizzas instead of medium? which sure, score? No? it wasa waste, because we will not eat all of that and the one was so seriously undercooked. I asked for extra sauce, as in the pastthey haven?t put enough sauce on. That was a mistake because the extra sauce was excessive. It was all I could taste. I paidextra for bacon strips and had a few pieces of what i thought was ham at first? It was either only fat or was practically rawbacon? Really strange texture and I couldn?t eat it. That really threw me off. This wasn?t actually that cheap, it turned outto be 35$ and only 2 pieces of pizza were eaten. The second pizza was actually decent and the quality / standards I would expectfrom pizza pizza. I don?t want a credit as I am never ordering from a pizza pizza again. Seriously. I have never had a positiveexperience. They are franchised, and because of that, they don?t always follow corporate standards. I am really concernedreading reviews about employees touching food without gloves / proper hand washing etc. I?m hesitant to call the store itself asI doubt I will get a refund. Poor quality and customer care.. ordered pizza and two large fries, pizza was OK, fries were not cooked, the box was full of oil... and the fries were raw.. called customer service and was told that could drive back to the location and get two new boxes offries.. I told them that this is a half hour away so I would like a store credit because it would be a hour round trip and thepizza would be cold by then. I was told that the best they could do would be a 5 dollar credit, when I told them that thisisn't even the price of one of my orders of fries and would like a credit for two large orders of fries. I was told that thebest they can do is 5 dollars... nice customer service.. Stay away... order Dominos. They take care of their customers andguarantee 100% satisfaction or your money back...
