My wife and I hired Matt and his team to cater our wedding and they did a fantastic job. The food was delicious and all the... guests gave us really great feed back during and after the wedding, Saying" best BBQ and wedding food I ever had". All the itemslike, ribs, brisket, and turkey breast were perfectly moist and tasty. Scheduling, payments, and communication was easy withMatty Boy BBQ which goes a long way when planning a big event. The prices were reasonable as well. We were so happy to havechosen Matty Boy BBQ for our wedding. We had just over 100 guests at an out door wedding and they handled this crowd with noissues. Matty Boy catered our wedding. He was amazing to work with and words can?t describe how delicious the food was. We got the Texas... BBQ package and We have heard nothing but amazing things from our guests about how tender and flavourful the meat was. We haveabsolutely no complaints at all - we would definitely go with Matty Boy again! While serving our guest Matt was very careful togive each guest the perfect cut of meat! Perfect BBQ and incredible catering service overall! We cannot say enough about how great Matt?s food and staff were for our... recent outdoor event. Our guests are still raving to us that his melt in your mouth brisket was to die for and that his Turkeyand sides were some of the best they?ve ever had for BBQ! Matty starts his process the night before- maintaining the fire andsmoking the meat from midnight onwards. This would be a 5 star review for the food alone, but having Mattcater for you is about more than just the incredible food - it's an event. Matt catered my Dad's 70th birthday party. It was anall day (and night) event. The Brisket went on the massive commercial smoker in the middle of the night and Matt Stoked the firefor 15 hours non-stop, all while situated in my parent's backyard. Matt came in as a surprise for my bachelor party and there aren't enough stars to describe how exceptional the Matty Boy BBQ... experience was. Matt was a true professional and all around great guy tending to the smoker all day (starting from 3am), sharinghis knowledge of BBQ with the guys, and plating one of the best meals I've ever had. Though the presentation itself was awesome,the meat really stole the show. The whole group was blown away by how good the brisket, ribs, and sides were. I've had BBQ allover North America but I can't say that I've ever had anything as good as that Brisket.
